I haven't really liked anything I've seen so far but that trailer was great. Wish they would've led with this. I still don't like Eisenberg's Lex.
It's 2016 and Ben Affleck as Batman is pulling a Rock Bottom, clothesline and punching a guy so hard he flips and his head goes through the floor. What a time to be alive.
lex luthor looks retarded. still can't believe they fucking passed up on bryan cranston for eisenberg
I finished watching the complete season 2 of Young Justice. It might be better than JL:UL and Batman animated. I can't believe they cancelled it because of toy sales.
Rewatch the show and get your kids to watch it Netflixis currently looking at the numbers for Young Justice, and if they like what they see...WE WILL GET A 3RD SEASON OF THE SHOW! http://geektyrant.com/news/netflix-currently-reviewing-young-justice-stats-for-potential-season-3
The DCAU kills it in general, but Young Justice was my solid #2 behind Justice League/Unlimited. I especially loved the time jump and subsequent character relationship shifts they did between seasons.
Cancelled because of too many female viewers and they weren't selling enough toys. I still get pissed at this.
As will I. Already completed my first watch of the 2nd season. Another show they need to bring back on Netflix is the Spectacular Spider-man. just ask CaneKnight how he feels about that one
Newest theory I've heard is Scott Eastwood's character in Suicide Squad is Dick Grayson undercover. I like it. I like it a lot.
Yeah, that was the first theory I heard. I'd honestly be fine either way, but the Dick Grayson speculation is growing on me. It connects the Bat Family to Suicide Squad outside of flashbacks. Also, if the rumors about the Batman standalone film are real (it's based on Under the Red Hood), then I think they'd want to introduce Dick Grayson to the general movie audience before going down the Jason Todd rabbit hole.
How would Deadshot fit into the Batman standalone film? Will Smith is rumored to have already signed on for it
I haven't read that anywhere. I have no idea how he would fit into the Batman standalone film. The reason I think Eastwood might be Dick Grayson is because it DOES fit with the overreaching storyline, at least in my head. Yes, Deathstroke would be cool, but how would he tie into future films? Why introduce him when I can't see where they would go with the character? Grayson, on the other hand, fits very well. Of course Bruce would want inside information on any operation that involves Harley (and, therefore, Joker), because it would involve Gotham. Again, I'll be happy either way. It just seems to 'fit' better if Eastwood is playing Grayson rather than Deathstroke.
‘Batman V Superman’ Run Time Revealed FEBRUARY 22, 2016 | Dave McNary Warner Bros.’ “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” has a lengthy run time of two hours and 31 minutes, the AMC Theaters chain has revealed. The film, directed by Zack Snyder, is three minutes longer than Snyder’s 2013 Superman tentpole “Man of Steel” and 12 minutes shorter than his 2009 action movie “Watchmen.” By comparison, Fox’s surprise hit “Deadpool” has a much shorter run time of an hour and 46 minutes. Warner Bros. is releasing the film worldwide on March 25 and has been touting “Batman V Superman” as a war between the DC superheroes when a new threat arises and puts mankind in greater danger than it’s ever known before. Snyder directed from a script by Chris Terrio and David S. Goyer. Producers are Charles Roven and Deborah Snyder. The film also stars Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, with Amy Adams, Laurence Fishburne and Diane Lane returning from “Man of Steel.” Jesse Eisenberg stars as Lex Luthor, Jeremy Irons stars as Alfred, and Holly Hunter will play a U.S. senator. Jason Momoa will appear as Aquaman. “Batman V Superman” is the first live-action film with both Batman and Superman and the first with portrayals of Wonder Woman, Aquaman and the Flash. Warner Bros. announced the film at the 2013 Comic-Con.
Easily one of the best animated hero shows ever. Don't watch it because you're going to be pissed when they cancel it.
According to the MPAA rating system WB is going to release an R rated version of BvS on Blu-Ray. http://www.filmratings.com/search.html?filmTitle=Batman+v+superman&x=40&y=5
if it was nudity, this exchange would need be in the script ---------------------------------------- Bruce Wayne: That's it. You're dead, paperboy! I'm gonna fuck you up beyond repair! Clark Kent: Ladies and gentlemen, this tall drink of water headed my way is a pillar of the superhero community who informed me earlier today of a nefarious plan of his to screw my girlfriend in an extremely uncomfortable place. Khal Drogo: What... like the back of The Batmobile
Only Wonder Woman has a uterus that could handle Superman's seed. It'd be like a shotgun through her back.
