Europa won't take the 4th place spot from what I remember. If City won UCL and got 5th or something they would, but that isn't happening.
If two teams outside of the top 4 win the Europa and UCL 4th place doesn't get UCL Which is exactly what is going to happen this year. Season feels on a knife edge
