Sony Might Owe You Money, Here's Why Six years later, Sony settles a class-action lawsuit related to the PlayStation 3. http://www.gamespot.com/articles/sony-might-owe-you-money-heres-why/1100-6441109/
Downloaded the Resident Evil Ambassador: Beginning Hour demo/teaser. FUCK. THAT. I never did like those games as a kid because anytime I was playing video games was late at night in a dark basement and I didn't need that in my life. Well, now I'm a grown ass man and still not going to be playing those games. The teaser alone legitimately gave me fear goosebumps and made the hair on the back of my neck stand up. As awesome and well done as this game seems to be, I still don't think I'll be playing it. That said, if you loved the series in the past then get excited for 2017.
Sounds like a must have. Willing to bet that BlazingRebel has figured out all the secrets to the demo. Twitch stream!!!
Don't worry guys ESPN is all over the big stories heading into the last week of CWL. http://espn.go.com/esports/story/_/...-league-controversial-decisions?ex_cid=espnfb
Im pro eSports and all...and I'm sure they're good at what they do.....but I could never hang out with anyone who not only plays CoD that seriously but does so under such a douche name as "Dream Team"
Just imagine the dude on the right going into a bar talking up a lady that hes on the Dream Team related...i actually attended a live twitch airing of eLeague going on in Atlanta - it's a CS:GO tournament airing weekly on TBS and daily on Twitch although i think its about to end soon. I just went to check out the set and man Turner definitely did not give them a shoddy treatment. The set is immaculate and the staff running it was huge. Pretty cool to see live even though i wasnt following along very well since I never played the game.
Yea optic has a team in eleague, when they played the owner and video guy vlogged their day in Atlanta. The set looked awesome. People love CS but I just can't get into it.
Took this photo during a break. I counted like 7 'full production cameras' not counting the handhelds and then the camera mounted to each guy's monitor. Just really polished production. One thing I give them credit for (the game itself) is the big screen was showing a "spectator mode" version where you can see where everyone is even though the gamers cant. It's not just 'show Jon's view'. I'm not sure if other games do this, but i was happy they did. You could see things coming that the gamers couldnt. Pretty fun. I was also given a compLexity shirt cause they were giving them out trying to get a "USA" thing going.
I know you guys are already super hyped for the games tonight but here's a promo. But seriously if you wanna see what the magician world of competitive COD is like here ya go. http://twitch.tv/callofduty
Tomb Raider fans, October 11th for Rise of the Tomb Raider http://www.gamespot.com/articles/rise-of-the-tomb-raider-ps4-release-date-confirmed/1100-6441935/
I'm bummed more of you didn't buy Rainbow Six Siege. It takes a little getting used to because it's not a traditional shooter but the vast majority of people who play it agree it's the best shooter they've played on this generation of consoles. Even a ton of PC fans. The reviews for it (which are usually around 4 stars) aren't great representations of the game IMO because they're all from last year right when it released. It took a few months to hammer out the bugs (and Ubisoft sucks because of it) and release new content but it has become a really excellent game. Just my
I was always interested in the Rainbow Six games, but never got into any of them. Is this one a strategy based shooter like Socom 2?
As a big fan of SOCOM 1-3, yes, it is. With a very interactive map to base your strategy around. 5 v 5 Two teams - attacking, defending. Each team has a choice of 12 operators/characters. Each with a special ability/skill and a different choice of weapons. Beginning 30 seconds of each round are spent preparing to/for attack. Defenders can reinforce walls, attackers drive camera drones inside to try to locate the objective and to identify the types of defenders they're facing. Unless someone destroys it, attackers can also retake control of their drones later. Most of the walls are breachable and the different skillsets of the different operators makes it especially fun. Something I didn't expect I'd like but I very much do. And, maybe most surprising of all, people actually use their mics for this game just like on SOCOM. You've pretty much got to if you want to have real success.
It will suffice, however I still believe that Crystal Dynamics made a grave mistake not releasing ROTR on PS4 simultaneously. The majority of the fanbase was on playstation. I also read that even the PC first week sales were higher than that of the Xbox one.
pearl was that you trying to watch me play Uncharted 2 last night? I tried allowing a screen share but it kept sitting at the screen that says "Testing Connection" so I eventually just gave up. Having fun running through the Uncharted series, though. Can't wait to pick up 4 soon.
Yes, that was me. I was also trying to watch You play MGS5 guess the PSN shit the bed for game sharing
My internet connection is billed as 60MB/s and I've always gotten results really close to that. My PS4 is also connected via Ethernet to my super nice router. Yet, every time I have tried to share my own gameplay so someone can watch, it says my speed is Low or Very Low. Too low to do it. Have never been able to figure out what I need to do to make it work. I know 60MB/s isn't gigabit or something but it should be plenty fast enough.
I bought the last of us the other night because it was on sale for $8. I've never played it and didn't know anything about it except for Ellen Page and a ton of awards. I was totally hooked from the pre opening scenes.
it's on Sony/PSN's end. They have shitty network speeds no matter what your speed is. Been that way forever and they don't seem concerned about fixing it.
i think she tried to explore legal action because of that actually. but when they show the actual actress it pretty much falls apart.
Of course they aren't. Bunch of lazy bums. In a bad way. I play. I'm a college football guy first and foremost but obviously that isn't an option these days so I get my fix from Madden. Have Madden 16 and will likely buy Madden 17 at some point. Planned purchases between now and the end of 2016: -No Man's Sky -FIFA 17 -Madden 17
It was the PSN flash sale this weekend. You should check the Playstation Store every Saturday. There are sales like that most weeks
How many TMB'ers play this game? Sounds like I should get it and will need some assistance getting the hang of it so I dont get booted from teams for being bad.
Not many. I know TLAU has mentioned playing before but it might've been on XBOX One. Admittedly, I haven't played as much lately as I did the first 6 months of this year. It's still super fun when I do, though.
I envy you playing it for the first time, easily my favorite game ever, I'm about to start my third playthrough because I just got the Remastered version for PS4. Enjoy!
