It depends what the long term plan is for the character. Given the ratings last year, this is a make or break season for AoS, so I'm glad to see them bring in a decently known comicbook character.
Yeah it feels like if AOS had not been struggling in the ratings then Ghost Rider would have gone straight to Netflix. Now I think they are hoping to bring in more comic fans who may have given up on the show. If it does well I can see GR easily getting his own Netflix show.
I wouldn't be surprised to see AoS end up on Netflix next fall to be honest, which could be for the best for all involved. If not AoS, then perhaps an Inhumans spin-off with Chloe Bennett on Netflix.
If it did it would probably be a very different show. Not just fewer episodes but stripped down in budget
Marvel Ultimate Alliance coming digitally to PS4/Xbox One in the next week. $60 for the bundle of 1 and 2. Not sure if it includes DLC yet but I'm buying this shit immediately. I love MUA1 so much.
Marvel starts with Black Panther: Lupita Nyong'o is Nakia of the Dora Milaje Michael B Jordan is Killmonger Danai Gurira is Okoye, the head of the Dora Milaje
@Ethan_Anderton: Kurt Russell confirmed as Star-Lord's father, named Ego, in GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY VOL. 2. #SDCC
so how powerful is Strange supposed to be compared to what we have in the avengers so far? does he trump them all? is Scarlet Witch on his level? Vision is powered by an infinity stone so i assume he's big time. i know Hulk's power is near infinite depending on his rage. Thor's strength is supposed to be just under the Hulk, and can fight for days without getting tired (though they don't depict that in the movies) iron man, CA, Widow, and Hawkeye all being a level below that group above
I may be wrong but I believe her character was actually a hero in the comics. Anyway http://marvel.wikia.com/wiki/Ayesha_(Earth-616) Best put, she's the female version of Adam Warlock
James Gunn on Ayesha: She is the golden High Priestess of a genetically perfect people called the Sovereign.
Strange is like an elite tier guy but has way more self control over his powers than others do. He's levels above Scarlet Witch. I'd say Vision, but Strange and do the whole time bend, multi universe, whatever thing as well as just shooting mind missiles. He can make whatever he wants out of thin air, kind of like the Green Lantern in DC universe. There's a Dr Strange animated movie on Netflix that's really good and I think a lot of this movie is like it as well
I'd put him just below the hulk/Thor tier. It's said hes the most powerful sorcerer/mystic user in the cosmos so if that's true he's more powerful than SW. I don't even know where to rank the MCU vision with his infinite stone vs the classic vision with his solar jewel. Also, Doc Strange is a husk so that bumps him up a tier.
