I'm gonna try that. I have the new Vanguard void sniper and 2 void machine guns.

 

Shot gunning is way easier. Get a matador 64, roll it void w shot package.

 

I've got Swordbreaker, the full auto dead orbit one, and the queens one that all have void. Is there something special about matador-64? Got a solar party crashed drop last night.

 

You need one that's always a one hit kill.

 

In Crucible, all you really care about is range on your shotgun. Aggressive Ballistics, shot package, rifled barrel is the way to go. I didn't have much luck with Swordbreaker because everyone was killing me with Felwinters. Party Crasher is an acceptable replacement

 

May go roll it till I get void then.

 

Aggressive Ballistics drop range so I don't use it on matador/felwinter

 

This pisses me off more than all the other shit.

 

It's offset with rifled barrel. You give up one shot though

 

The worst thing about this Taken King nonsense is it is referred to as TTK much like time to kill. it makes reading destiny boards very confusing.

I already had the Peregrine Greaves with a 151 Intellect. I could have sworn they were like a 130 strength before Xur made me check. Another week of only buying synths for me.

Rolled on the engrams and got the celestial nighthawk.

Got 5 celestial nighthawks and 20 other helmets. Not one damn ram though. Now i have no resources...

 

I was close to the same. Got two Nighthawks (I did need one) in the first 5 engrams, then no Ram until the 25th. Used all my motes, then converted all my shards for motes (still have like 150 energies left) and burned through about 150 strange coins.

Won't need that stuff for anything else soon, the only exotic armor I have left are the new hunter boots and there's no boot engram.

the nighthawk i needed as well and that dropped 2nd. best one i got had 135 intellect. can't believe i spent that much on engrams though. still have 15 left so gonna try to get 8 more motes before he leaves and do one last go at it.

 

I still need a lot of exotic items and have very few strange coins or motes to obtain them with.

Somehow though, the Peregrine Greaves are the only thing Xur brought that I need this time.

 

this fucking thorn bounty makes me just want to snap the fucking game in half and be done with it. I'm at 350 but probably just going to delete it again just to not have to look at it.

 

I recommend shareplaying with Karl Hungus if at all possible. He'll get that bounty done with the quickness.

Get a 6 man group going with a couple studs. The other team tends to get scared due to the beating there taking and you can sneak in some positive games. Shotgun with shot package and the word of crotas what I used. I got it and im fairly mediocre at pvp. Well I was anyway. And then I got the thorn

 

as if we have any pvp studs here

but a 3-4 man group would still get it done in an hour probably

Voidwalker? You should be +20 or 30 on each round just using grenades / nova bombs. I did the Thorn on my Warlock by accident. Hunter was far more difficult

I bought 4 engrams and got the ram, celestial nighthawk, eternal warrior and the ram again. I skipped the first week engram buy so I needed all the new helmets. It was a lovely experience. I hope the best for you and your future attempts at attaining The Ram Karl Hungus

I bought 23 engrams a few weeks ago. I know the feeling.

 

I see people from the military (maybe) carrying automatic weapons all the time, so I guess that's normal. It's different, but interesting. The driving and the transportation infrastructure in general leave me understanding some greatness about the U.S.

All-in-all, not bad so far.

 

Jesus titty fucking christ this bounty has ruined this game for me. Dropped 20 points this morning because nothing I do seems to kill anyone. Nova bomb directly to the face? Nope, killed by their shotgun.

 

This shit is seriously kiling this game for me. I just need to delete it and do a PoE or nightfall because the crucible shit has me 99.9% convinced on trading this in for Batman. Not going to break it if there's a trade in I want

yeah, I would step back. Thorn is useful for crucible, which you don't seem to enjoy (like me), but not that great for pve. I abandoned it months ago when I was in the 200's because I hated the crucible stuff and I haven't missed it.

Is there a map that you find that you're better at? When I did it the first time, I was wrecking people on the Anamoly and getting crushed on Shores of Time. So I left every match except the Anamoly to pad the numbers
