The Dancing Outlaw that actually is a pretty low quality protein shake they have there. 64g = a little over 2 scoops of standard whey. comparing the #s to Optimum Nutrition 8g fat 17g carb 32g protein vs. ON's 3g fat 6g carb 48g protein Since it's free I wouldn't mind one scoop after a workout in the morning so long as it actually curbs your appetite
Some users got extra salty when I brought up that they spent more on a worthless vitamin in a year than I spent on shoes that will last for a few years. Like, super salty. Sodium bloat salty.
I do not hate lifting shoes at all. I was speaking towards the fact that many of the people who call vitamins "expensive piss" have a pair of lifting shoes they use once a week and only then use it on a handful of lifts. if you guys are content with your mediocre results then so be it. I can only show you the door. I can't make you open it Cliffs: stop being poor and ignorant
I don't own lifting shoes and I took BTT2.0 for 5 months and if we had a time machine available I'd go back and buy lifting shoes with that money instead as I would still be getting the benefits from them instead of just having a bunch of my super healthy piss being recycled through the sewage system.
I take Mega Food Men's One Daily that was reccomended to me by my Doctor who attended Harvard. I also take Pure Hawaiian Spirulina Pacifica.
I blame it on a week long family trip of eating and boozing and then trying to date 3 girls at once for about a month that meant boozing and eating unhealthily 5-6 days a week. drank more craft beers in the last month than in the rest of 2015 combined I'm back on the horse just without expensive peepee
no just one of the most expensive daily multis in existence. the worthless part all depends on your stance on multivitamins.
I've been out of the heathy game for a few months now, went on vacation and just haven't gotten back into it full swing. Been making it to the gym once or twice a week with a 30 mile bike ride scattered here and there so I'm not too bad off. Anyway, moved into a new condo across the street from a huge YMCA that I joined to get me back in shape. /deardiary
If you can't spend $2 a day on something thats benefits include: better health, hair, skin, nails, bigger dick, more money, and it is literally proven to get you more pussy; then I truly pity you.
Im eating a cup of fucking delicious ice cream right now with strawberry puree on top. Am I doing this right?
Chicken thighs cooked in a cast iron Dutch oven with reduced oranges (homemade orange sauce basically) and sautéed onions and some other veggies.
Totally shit the bed on my fitness for the past year. Work stress and a pure sugar diet have helped me gain atleast 40lbs of fat over the last 10 months. Anyway, just spent 400 on some fitbit stuff bc I'm hoping stats can trigger my ocd back into some positive routines. Anyone own anything from fitbit? How do you like it?
just look at your 40lbs as dbls and keep them on a whiteboard in your kitchen. Cross them out as you make your way back down the scale. Stats and Visualization and stuff
I gained 15lbs in the first 10 months I was in Texas. I thought that was a pretty big feat. Could not imagine 40lbs. What was your beginning weight and what is it now? how many large pizzas do you eat per week?
I went from 175 to 220 in my first year of work with a corporate amex. I'm 6'2" and was a disgusting skinny fat. Got back down in 8-10 months by working out, cutting sugar, and making water my only non-alcoholic drink. You can do it.
205-245. Went from crossfit/weightlifting a combination of 8x a week to doing nothing but working/eating/drinking for the last year. This feat was accomplished by drinking energy drinks/skittles and some sort of fast food/restaurant combo twice a day everyday. Sugar/oily carbs are my one true love now.
Report: Majority Of Americans Now Eating One Continuous Meal A Day http://www.theonion.com/article/report-majority-of-americans-now-eating-one-contin-30141
Picture slayed me. On a side note, been in Vancouver for work the past couple weeks. Hard to stay on that healthy food game.
Been eating fine lately but my workout routine has me bored as shit and I haven't been motivated to get back in the gym. I am almost considering joining crossfit just to mix it up. Just hard to get excited about the same lifting routine I've been doing for almost 6 years now.
apparently i can get up to $150 off of my new schools rec center pass each year by logging 120 workouts in a 365 day period through my health insurance so thats exciting
Obviously I know that cooking stuff on your own is better for you, but what do you guys think of these meals? Are they actually decent for you compared to running through fast food or something else quick? http://www.stouffers.com/fit-kitchen/
Generally speaking, frozen meals that are "fit" are usually just tiny portions and leave me still hungry.
The chicken and broccoli one looks like your best bet, IMO. Lowest in sodium of the bunch, reasonable carbs (30g, and high fiber), and 26g of protein. At 250 calories per single-serving box, you could eat two of them and be in a good spot. Likely much better than most any fast food option. Making your own would be better and not that difficult, but this seems like a reasonable substitute if it tastes any good.
Food Saver is awesome for this. I will make like 15 meals on a sunday and food save it for random meals where I dont want to cook.
Not sure of your location mal630, but we have snap kitchen and my fit foods in Texas that offer premade healthy meals. Pretty good, too.
I know it's probably in the steak thread, but I have a vacuum sealer and would love to experiment with sous vide. can I do it with just the vacuum sealer and boiling pot or so I need one of the sous vide machines or whatever that keeps the water a certain temp
