Fucking bovada doesn't have shit up yet. This is what I like so far without doing any actual research yet. I'll narrow it down some once I check out the returning starters, camp injuries, etc: UNC +3 vs SCar - Might go ml on this as well Wku +1 vs vandy Utsa vs Zona Over 52.5 Baylor - 34.5 vs smu (also considering the over on 74.5. Both are huge numbers, but if last season was any indication, Baylor could drop 70 on smu by themselves.) Arky vs UTEP Over 49 UVa +17 vs Ucla (also like the under 53.5) NCST - 25.5 vs Troy Asu vs Tamu over 66.5 Texas vs ND under 54.5 Texas St +30 vs FSU Bama vs Wisc Under 51.5
Gentlemen, Been a few years since I've done any betting. My last site was 5Dimes. Tried poking around in this forum, but didn't see anything. So, is 5Dimes still adequate? Any other recs? Rather just hear it from y'all than do research myself.
Not a huge fan of 5dimes payout system (no direct deposits unless they've recently changed things). Also, their site layout is really dated and not very bettor-friendly (they don't offer any research options the way some other sites do). With that said, the amount of unrestricted bets and when betting opens up each week is unmatched. Bovada is the exact opposite. Site and payout system are great, but the amount of restrictions they place on their bets is absurd. We're a week away from CFB and they still haven't opened up betting on any of the week 1 games.
Hmm, yeah it seems Bovada is the highest rated due to customer service and ease of payouts. Not being able to bet on games that are a week away is kind of concerning though.
Yeah, they're great for everything except actually placing bets. Take forever to post games; then, once they do post, they put all kinds of restrictions on which games can and cannot be used for parlays, teasers, etc. It's a pain in the ass. 5dimes posts games super quick and allow pretty much every game posted to be used in any bet form you'd like. But again, dealing with Western Union, cashiers checks, foreign checks, and all their other non-direct deposit forms of payout kinda blows. I use bovada just because I don't like dealing with that. But I'm definitely not nuts about them.
I've been using sportsbook.ag for a while. Thinking of switching to 5dimes.. Is one any better than the other?
BetDSI/Bookmaker and deposit/WD with bitcoins. No more sending W.U.s to someone with 6 names in Central America. Free to deposit/WD, can be done from your couch. Not to mention they're usually one of the firsts to have lines up.
I deposit on 5D using a visa debit card and get money direct deposited back into my account not sure when the last time people ITT have used 5D but it's been like this since before march madness
I haven't used them since the beginning of last CFB season. Wasn't like that then. Might go back if that's the case now because bovada still doesn't have their fucking lines up.
Yea I tried Bovada last year and only made one deposit because like yall said earlier I fucking hated not having lines until Wednesday and then half the time not being able to parlay the games I wanted. 5D is solid now. They changed to this system sometime between bowl season and march madness. If you have a Visa it's a no-brainer but if you don't I think the moneygram shit is the only way you can do it, which I agree is a bitch
I'm looking into it now and is the minimum withdraw amount for you to get it charged back to your card $500? Is that right?
So I just chatted with 5dimes, their shit is still way more of a pain in the ass than bovada regarding their direct deposit or credit card payouts. First she said there's several forms I'd have to fill out to use the direct deposit method payout through repaying my debit card (DCFA). You also would have to do a moneygram or other transfer first (can't use this method first). Also, every payout must be a minimum of $100, which I'm not a huge fan of because sometimes I just like pulling $50-75 out at a time and leaving the rest. Not a major deal, but it is something you can do with bovada. Then there was this (chat transcript): Me: Isn't there a credit card method? Me: as opposed to debit card? Marilyn: yes.. we have Credit Card Funds Application (CCFA) Marilyn: but to use you must have a DCFA before Me: So before I can use the CCFA, I have to use the DCFA, and before I use the DCFA, I have to use some other payout method first? Marilyn: yes.. Me: and minimum payout for the CCFA is $500 at a time? Marilyn: Correct.
Anything I should change? *South Carolina (-2.5) over NORTH CAROLINA *MINNESOTA (+14.5) over #2 TCU #15 Arizona St. (+3.5) over TEXAS A&M Texas (+9.5) over #11 NOTRE DAME #21 Stanford (-12.5) over NORTHWESTERN Virginia (+17.5) over #13 UCLA Louisville (+10.5) over #6 AUBURN BYU (+6.5) over NEBRASKA #3 ALABAMA (-10.5) over #20 Wisconsin *#1 Ohio St. (-11.5) over VIRGINIA TECH
TheGodfather that really is some potato shit there. I wouldn't blame you for not wanting to do a mandatory money-gram deposit to "unlock the direct debit attribute" and would probably go with the betdsi bitcoin deal mentioned above. the forms she's talking about that come with your first deposit are easy though. and if you plan on being with the bookie long term it's worth it. have to scan the front/back of your DL and Debit Card. Then fill out one thing that has the name, date, card number, and billing address of the card. Attach all 3 of these pages to an email and send it in. It was easy for me because I've got a scanner/copier at work and just did it there a couple years ago. the "deposit this way first" shit is truly a head scratcher though
My book finally drops totals for the weekend, and Texas Notre Dame total is already down to 50.5 before I can bet the under
Funny, my conversation with my bookie went something like this: Me: You still taking action? Him: Yes. Me: Juice still the same? Him: Of course. Me: Meet up at the same place & date for payouts and stuff? Him: Yes - and don't be fucking late. Was actually quite refreshing.
It's not that difficult... first withdrawal needs to be $100, just WU or MG... Then you can do DCFA for $2400/week. It takes 3 business days to get to your debit/checking account. I do mine Monday morning and it's there by Thursday night. Why would anyone want to carry a balance on their credit card? CCFA is just dumb or for degenerates.
My bookie got sentenced to 31 years a few weeks ago for drunkenly running over an OKSt freshman girl on spring break :-/
Open a credit card with 0% APR for first 15 months and spend $1,000 in the first 3 months and get $200 cash back. Free units and 15 months to pay it off. and free units. BUY THE DIP!
I've got so many bets out there... Central Mich +24 - W Washington +12 W KY -2.5 - L UNC +2.5 - L Auburn -10 Bama Wisco under 50 Aub/Bama ML parlay TAMU -3 TCU, Stan, Bama, OhioSt ML parlay Bama -10 Aub/Louisville over 56
Every capper and their mother seems to be on UNC and the Under in that game. Seeing lots of action on Utah and Ohio too.
@DavidPurdum: As of this morning, 10 times more money has been bet on North Carolina than South Carolina at the MGM sports book.
I am staying away from the NW/Stanford game. I know the line is 12 and you took the ML but for whatever reason that game scares me. Either way, I am staying away from it. Our picks are similar aTm -3 Auburn -10 Bama -10 Texas State +30 Bama/Wisc Under 50 Will defninitely add a few more and some TT on the day of. Considering: USCe -2 (going against my initial gut), BYU +7.5, ND-9.
Teams with the most expierenced OL normally do really well the first 2 weeks of the season. What teams would those include?
Well at least now we know who to blame for that ridiculous back door. Jesus Christ son you don't mark a W till you hear the goddamn fat lady!
