Surprised at the high scoring last night. Won about half my money back. Good job in the ticket contests gatordmd8. We finished one and two in one of them.
I entered one of the ticket ones for the PGA Millionaire in 2 weeks and won. cashing line was about 10 points lower too...I might start playing those more.
Thanks man. You too. I've been on a roll lately. Hit all quintuple and triple ups last night with 152.9. I have around 40 tickets to next Monday's contests. Fading coors and goin heavy on Boston and Orioles paid off last night. Fulmer didn't hurt either. Today's slate is crap. Early slate has all stud arms and late slate is a bunch of garbage for pitchers. Prolly stack the rockies and try and find some pitchers who can get me 15-20
Ended up stacking the Orioles and Reds which worked out well. Won a few more tickets. But overall only really broke even after Seattle game turned into a football score
Wife had surgery Thursday and the hospital blocked draftkings so tonight will be the first night I get to play since last Wednesday. Cubs focus tonight with Lester pitching and an easy matchup with Morgan.
I got Lester on all, Freid on one and Archer on others. C Holaday, or Ross 1 Encarnacion or Morales 2 Odor 3 Castellanos SS Baez, Russell, Schoop OF is a mixture of Rasmus, Soler, Reimold, Fowler, JD Martinez, and Lagares.
Fuck Colby Rasmus not falling for him ever again. Picked up another Milly ticket for the US open yesterday...that's my new strategy for the next two weeks.
I have three entries to the Milly but I will tinker all week and ruin all of them. Like Toms and Goosen for cheap
Man, fuck the Blue Jays tonight. Only had time to do one team stack tonight and went with Toronto. I'm still cashing each of my twenty lineups because I had Freeman and Kipnis in every one and then combinations of Seager and Navarro throughout them too.
Threw my $ away on a couple groups Garcia, Goosen, Henry, Piercy, Scott, Spieth Berger, Day, Koepka, Phil, Simpson, Summerhays
Entered two lineups in the $50 GPP that starts in a couple of hours: P: Lamb P: Wacha C: Gattis 1B: Pujols 2B: Altuve 3B: Longoria SS: Anderson OF: Kalhoun OF: Trout OF: Desmond P: Hamels P: Lamb C: Molina 1B: Morrison 2B: Forsythe 3B: Longoria SS: Anderson OF: Choo OF: Souza OF: Trout
I got 4 that I like. Of course I like literally every DK lineup I've ever made. Love Scott and Sergio this week.
Sitting in first place in the quarter arcade. I'd be in second place in the millionaire maker for $150,000.
I have some promising lineups but the tourney is going to be so different the next three days it's hard to make anything out of today's round IMO
Oh I know and I don't trust Phil at all to keep this up. Just feels good right now to have Johnson, Reed, Kaymer, Mickelson, and Sullivan in 70% of my lineups.
So going into the last day I've got a couple different enteries tied for second in the quarter arcade. I need Watson to pick it up in this last round.
Anyone got any pga championship line ups going? Just got on draft kings and put in a few. First time doing golf so I'm excited to add a little more excitement to watching.
It's going to sound crazy but I've got Oakland against Sale. I started researching a new method of selecting stacks a couple weeks ago and found one that through this season would've resulted in cashing in gpp's 43% of the time. It finds value in teams going against higher end pitchers, making it really strong contrarian play. The other I'd look at if you're uncomfortable going against the grain is Seattle. Because I've got the Oakland stack it allows me to take Scherzer and Hernandez. If you can't afford that I'd go Hernandez and Ray.
Just saw this but I've been doing some research about contrarian stacks so that is really interesting. Ended up with Ray and a royals stack which should make me something
Draftkings is defeating all of my tricks to play from Argentina and it's pissing me off. Any suggstions? Would possibly one of the lesser sites not be as restrictive?
