Proof is my opinion. My interpretation of all of the events. And with my own opinion of it, when Ford says "Bernard has a sensitive disposition" he was looking at the android waiter at the same time. Now that was to get the waiter to move again but it could also mean another? He might believe he had this son and family and is real person. It also means Ford is a really fucked up individual letting this android go on like this...but he lets them all go on like that. So overall, the situation of the park and AI is immoral in a sense.
Why is Bernard able to pull Delores alone in a different room? How is continuing to get away with when they track all of the hosts. Now he might have clearance but he is also concerned she is repeating what they talk about, whatever the specific talk was. But I can go along with the theory he is talking to her in the programming. You are going to wake the fuck up when you're outside sleeping at a campfire if Delores ever leaves or someone comes gets her.
Stubbs talks about Dolores while she is with William. In the new current events. Stubbs gives the go ahead for the mib's explosives. In the new current events. Jesus fuck
I will happily admit and say I was wrong when I'm wrong. Shit, I will take whatever punishment I deserve being wrong.
The show makes you think Stubbs talks about dvllerus while she's with William. He definitely talks about ddylluriz; She's definitely with William. But nothing says they are happening at the same time. Could be editing.
Has anyone mentioned the creator of Westworld (Johnathan Nolan) is also the writer of the short story Memento Mori (the basis of the movie Memento). Memento Mori is written with... dual timelines. Crazy
I don't necessarily agree with his conclusion, but you have to admit that there is a difference between the examples you cited and the fact that Maeve and Clementine were not together in the town they have been to when we almost always see them together in the saloon.
Evan Rachel Wood Says ‘Westworld’ Season 1 Finale Will Blow Your Mind http://www.huffingtonpost.com/entry...us_5810fa24e4b0990edc2ecaaf?0jmxh46vtunq257b9 Wood totally understands why the show has gained such an immediate following on message boards and Reddit, considering there are too many theories to count that could actually turn out to be correct. Still, according to the actress, she had 100 theories “and only three were right.” “The anticipation is killing me. I thought when the show aired, it would relieve some of that, but now the anticipation of wanting everyone to know the secrets so I can stop having to bear them by myself is what I’m also looking forward to,” Wood said, admitting that, of course, she can’t spoil anything. “I can tell you that the surprises will floor you. Certainly prepare for [Episodes] 9 and 10 to have your heart broken and your mind blown. And that’s really all I can say. I’m just over the moon about it.”
"but some of the days on set, I would be like, ‘Look, I’ve seen some stuff, and this is WILD.’" Coming from the ex of Marilyn Manson
So I believe that Woodlores is going to be the biggest part of whatever the reveal is going to be. Some random spitballed (not necessarily connected) tinfoil hat ideas based upon reading a bunch on reddit and thinking about what we have seen... -perhaps she was once alive and was Arnold's daughter or wife? -the maze is meant for her to find this out -the gun was one that she used to kill Arnold - reason to be determined -all the fathers on the show were representative of Arnold - inital malfunction occurred with Mr. Abernathy and the picture -Ford and Arnold supposedly lived in Westworld for 3 years before the park was opened perhaps the Abernathy house is where Arnold lived -Arnold or someone transplanted her "being" into the android after her death -the grave she sees is either her real grave or connected to the maze -Bernard has a hunch and is considering doing something similar for his son
the only emotional connection i have with a character is wanting Elsie to tie me up. chick has some feistiness in her
that's as much evidence for you being right as anything that has happened in the show none. none evidence.
With all the theories people are throwing out there to try and figure out every detail of the show I wonder if anyone actually enjoys the show for what it is or for the after discussion? Seems like people get pretty spun up over absolutely nothing.
can we enjoy it for what it is and also enjoy discussing a show we like with others who feel the same way?
Just remember online discussions about Lost and GoT and how everyone over analyzed every minute detail only to be consistently not even close.
not real sure where this is going but love it looks like maeve is going to be a key player going forward need to rewatch the scenes with ford
Holy shit that episode was awesome Fuck yeah logan gettin got Yesss yesssssssssss Crazy to think this is all still second or third tier game playing, the war is gonna be top tier. And damnit if lawrence isnt my favorite character
So multiple time period theory back on? http://m.hitfix.com/whats-alan-watc...rld-may-be-acting-too-clever-for-its-own-good
The episode was really good. So much to chew on. As much as I don't want to believe that William is MiB there were quite a few hints. The timelines definitely seeemed different. Things I picked up... -you can call me Lawrence to William -- MiB has quite the fun calling him Lawrence over and over -you were going to blow the world up and I saved it from happening (something like that) -pretty sure their knives are the same -how did Lawrence appear in both places? He could not have been reset that quickly, so clearly we are seeing two time periods, but the question is how far apart. The one thing that bothers me is that MiB in what would be present day speaks to Dolores as if she is not sentient. Perhaps she was at one point but not anymore? I felt like the maze is in the hosts heads. Maybe that is why the little girls says to MiB that the maze is not for you. Are the interviews all in dreams?
Interviews are definitely "dreams" or when the hosts are asleep etc. Big confirmations that logan is basically william's boss and their company wants to buy WW. Also MIB has kept WW afloat.
Counter point. Logan said someone died 'a long time ago' or somethin like that, i.e. it happened to where he couldnt remember who or what happened Ergo, same fucking timeline
Another random thought... What if there are multiple versions of some of the hosts? Maeve seemingly showing up back to back was very strange. Dolores saw Dolores. Lawrence (if there is only one timeline) seemingly showed up immediately after MiB killed him.
The multiple timelines is the easiest way to explain how Lawrence would be in the town with William. You can make the argument that MiB kills Lawrence prior to him showing up, but then I don't know how management reworks the town story if MiB doesn't kill him. Do they have a second Lawrence? Would the characters be able to let a different character be Lawrence if MiB doesn't kill him in time?
Just thinking through the dual host theory and the issue with that is it can create a really bad loop for a human who possibly observed two of them in multiple places after they were killed. On another note, could make sense to have them teed up to reboot as soon as one dies.
