That literally gave south Alabama two free runs, he would have had to made contact to get tossed

There should be more leeway in the tournament, but that seems like it will get you tossed 99/100 times.

 

We've had horrific luck this weekend with hard hit balls right at them, missed fair/foul by inches, etc but we've done nothing to help ourselves. It is what it is at this point, if Sully's gone then whatever.

pulled his ace after 30 pitches. letting alemain get lit up for 5 runs, then letting sproat get lit up for 5 more. My god.

Once Sproat was in it was a development move and the towel was thrown in. All it would've taken was 1 Aleman pitch to get outta the inning and he'd been okay before that but yeah.
