What a fun seasons. Made it to 4 games and hope to tack on a few more. Just really enjoyable to watch this team grow.
Maryland been struggling with field position all half and they kick it off and give Michigan the ball in their own territory. Wtf
Been a while since I've seen a Bama team grow like this one has. I guess '15 is the only real comparison.
in theory, it shouldn’t hurt us because it in-turn makes our Tennessee win much better. But in reality, beating a #1 would be an intangible trump card if we end up being compared head-to-head with somebody. Therefore, it’s better for us if UGA wins.
Man - UGA looks so strong. Have to find a way to get pressure on Beck, he’s great with time. The one time he’s gotten pressured he threw a pick (flag got it called back) but he’s played perfectly with time
I tell ya - not very impressed with UGA pass rush, Milton has all day back there and has missed a number of wide open receivers
I don’t think UGA will have much success on the ground against us. So, it’ll come down to Beck making plays and how much pressure we can get on him.
Would have been a 5 star RB and receiver as well. He's just an absurd prospect physically and mentally.
NMSU has held the ball all game. AU can’t get off the field. They are really lucky it’s only 10-7. Got bailed out by two big penalties.
Can’t wait to read all the “Auburn is about more than football, something Bammers can’t understand” posts after this
Out went McKinstry, in went safety Caleb Downs. "We've got confidence in (Caleb Downs), we've got confidence in (Isaiah Bond), I've got confidence in Kool-Aid, but we should have returned the first one," Saban said. "Fair caught it. And then he shouldn't have even fielded the second one and fumbled it. Sometimes when you're in that position, confidence is really, really important, and we've got to get his confidence back. Caleb's got confidence." The decision proved to be a smart one overall. Not only did Downs avoid making a mistake during any return, but he also returned a punt for a touchdown. Downs went 85 yards en route to the end zone in No. 8 Alabama's 66-10 win over the Mocs on Saturday at Bryant-Denny Stadium. "Obviously he did a great job on the middle return he ran today," Saban said, "made somebody miss, hit it up the shoot, guys did a good job of fitting and finishing on their blocks and only had to beat the punter and did a good job of that."
