smoker is getting unloaded from the uhaul tomorrow what to smoke first? i need to know if my neighbors own or suck pretty quickly
That's the kind of color I want on my corn. I know most of you grill in the husk, but I grill cobs naked as a jaybird so I get that caramelization that I love.
Will not buy again, stuff sucked. Thanks for the heads up. I put the sauce on the side and it was not able to taint my chicken. Don't bother, stick with either homemade or Bob Gibson's sauce. I meant to get more pics but booze, time, 1 year old, etc. This is the first batch. I needed to be definitive on the time we ate so I went with the 3-2-1 on the ribs and they were predictably amazing. I did not do the sauce for the last hour out of personal preference. Chicken was cooked pretty much perfectly. Not a dry piece. TONS OF LEFTOVERS
