    You can tell his family raised him with a touch of white trash, singing all of those derisive chants about Tottenham at matches that had nothing to do with them. I thought that was the kind of shit the less successful team was supposed to do. That being said, he has himself a world class set of thighs.

    A lot of that money is going to be needed for overpaying the hell out of average players so they'll agree to sign with them. If Delph and Benteke leave, Grealish is the only player I can think of that anyone could get excited for.

    So the £44m fee
    £500,000 for every 30 EPL/Champions League matches played up to 120 appearances for up to £2m
    £1.5m for every Champions League trophy and/or £1m for every EPL trophy up to a total of £3m
