Nob as defined for us by UD, as used by Sterling's agent Aidy Ward: nob British slang term for the penis. Typically used as an excellent cheap insult. Used in jest (above "moron", just below "twat", and well below "cunt"), or used to describe someone who is doing something you think is annoying or a bit crap. Scenario 1: one of your friends walks into the room and throws an apple at you. You reply: "Don't be a nob." Scenario 2: your aging boss thinks he has broken his laptop because the battery ran out. You say: "Hah. He's such a nob." Scenario 3: you have gonorrhoea, and it's making your nob hurt. Essentially he calls the guy a dick to the media. That would send the US media into a frenzy. Well done, Mr. Ward.
Jed Wallace moving from Pompey to Wolves for 275k. We're finally trying to improve on our 10 (Dave Edwards). Kid is 21 and put in 17 goals in league play. A ton of Championship squads have been tracking him for over a year. Really excited for this one.
Dani Alves is leaving Barcelona. This is pretty surprising as it had been reported recently that he was close to signing an extension. Really sucks, he was arguably the best full back in the game last season
While Stevie G is far better at picking the destination, it is safe to say that Xavi has handled leaving his boyhood club much more successfully than his English counterpart. One would think that Xavi would cringe at the thought of the second half of the season being mostly about his sendoff (pun intended)
Lots of speculation that United are going hard after Otamendi. He won't come cheap but would be a shrewd signing.

@simon_rowntree I am at the Britannia Stadium and I can hear #LFC fans shouting racist abuse and waving bananas towards Raheem Sterling. This is disgusting. Definitely gone now.
Poor Monaco. If the wage bill is a problem we'll take Kondogbia off their hands. Arsenal stands ready to help.
The early rumors for Swansea... Mitrovic (Anderlecht) Ayew (Marseille) Maxim (Stuttgart) Tabanou (St. Etienne) Nadir Ciftci (Dundee Utd) Luc Castaignos (FC Twente) Kristoffer Nordfelt (sc heerenveen) Rudy Gestede (Blackburn Rovers) Luke Garbutt (Everton) Who knows what's legit at this point but monk has been quoted that he is expecting to bring in 5-6 new players.
Unless Garbutt hands in a transfer request, that could force Everton's hand a bit. You can't really fault him for wanting to take a step up to a better club. Spoiler Take notes, Coach. This is how you troll
Does going the double unsubtle route make it subtle? We're going to need to bring subtlety expert SugarShaun to adjudicate on this.
I read on the twat he wants to be a starter somewhere and is currently 3rd behind Baines and Oviedo so he will likely leave
Now that it looks like Khedira will be joining Juve, watch them hold on to Vidal and the Pog Family. Surprised he wouldn't wait for one to get sold. I wanted to see him at Schalke. They would've had a great mixture of youth (Meyer and Draxler) and experience (Kheidira and Huntelaar) Oh well, Bayern were always going to win the league by March anyways.
