So I just started reading this yesterday, really good so far. There are a lot of fucking names thrown around just within the first 100 pages or so. Do all the names start making more sense as you read along? Oh, and I realize there is a thread on this but I did not want to ready any possible spoilers

I've loved reading the series but I'm really not interested in re-reading all the books each time he takes a decade to release the next one. Gonna have to find some good summaries to reestablish where everyone is and what they are doing. Or not, since he's never gonna release the fucking things before he has a heart attack.

I know he's probably working hard on it and he's kind of on average with the time between releases of the past books and if he never said he wanted book 5 to come out the year after 4 we wouldn't be bitching as much. still I just finished Feast for Crows and I'm going crazy. Hopefully Dance with Dragons comes out in the next 6-8 months.
