One of my supervisors is a die-hard Spurs fan, from North London... Strolled up to him earlier & he pointed in the opposite direction as he barked, "Go away!"
Let's hope Hull wins the playoff Tim Stillman @Stillberto May 13 Arsenal NEVER win at Hillsborough. This is not good. Tim Stillman @Stillberto May 13 Last 7 visits there: 5 defeats and 2 draws.....
Only 1 of those matches at Sheffield Wednesday are recent (league cup this fall). The second most recent was January 3, 2000. Iwobi and Bellerin would have been 3 and 4 then. Pretty stupid tweet.
The one he got engaged to is the once he's been with since he broke up with the mother of his 2 kids, correct?
If Stoke get relegated and come back up in 15 years, still gonna be expecting the worst. Yeah, daughter of the guy that gives Jack those fine haircuts.
Pretty sure I'm gonna go with Xhaka away if we don't botch the deal. Very worried about striker but trying not to believe that Wenger is crazy enough to leave us with only Theo and Giroud
Have to sell Theo for something right? No way his agent takes less in the prime of his career and no way he can be paid that much as a bench player. This is the last year of the deal as well?
Yeah, this makes me feel better about his involvement next year. But then Arense will overuse him at the beginning of the season and he'll pick up a niggle and...

“My name is Mattimus Decimus Flaminus, commander of the Armies of North London, General of the Gunner Legions, loyal servant to the true emperor, Wengerus Aurelius. Father to a monobrowed son, husband to a slightly fey German. And I will have my vengeance, in this life or the next.” http://news.arseblog.com/2016/05/flamini-we-are-the-gladiators-of-our-time/
Tancredi Palmeri @tancredipalmeri 19h19 hours ago Arsenal have contacted Empoli for the young fantasista Saponara (doppelgänger of Fabregas) according to Sky Italy http://talksport.com/football/trans...hasing-ps12million-empoli-midfielder-riccardo
Bundesliga Spotlight@BundesligaSpot SportBILD: Granit Xhaka has agreed to join Arsenal. The Gunners set to pay between €40m-€50m for the Gladbach midfielder. #BMG#AFC
Know it's rumor mill shit but this would not be totally shocking as it's the way we could viably operate. Creates the money they need to fund Pogfam so they can close that quicker than anyone else. Also would not be shocked if they shipped the rest of their dead weight to Juve for a reasonable price. Arsenal has submitted a 65 million euro ($72.9 million) offer to Real Madrid for Juventus striker Alvaro Morata, according to Corriere dello Sport. The report claims that Madrid is ready to activate the 23-year-old’s €32 million buyback clause in order to sign the striker as it already has the Gunners’ bid lined up
I'm not going to care about prices this window, just want players as everyone is going to seem like an overpay, but I'm pretty meh on Morata.
Morata would be pretty exciting if he were Theo's replacement and we were getting a CF, but we all know that's not happening. He's only meh because we know he's not enough up front.
While I don't think he is the second coming of Messi, I am also not meh. Not because Morata either, it's again, more so I think he offers more than the African second division French Muslim international that we have pegged as a back up.
I'd love Morata but don't buy him as a real target, especially for the price he'll go for. The journos close to the club don't exactly have a great track record of getting accurate info from the club. This striker market is complete shit, I have zero clue what we're gonna do and my guess is it's gonna go into August which isn't good.
Raphael Honigstein @honigstein 1h1 hour ago bit of a twist in the Xhaka story. official bid has now come in much lower than Gladbach expected after negotiations with 3rd parties.
Raphael Honigstein @honigstein 56m56 minutes ago Wouldn't jump to conclusions. 3 possibilities: 1. AFC haggling. 2. intermediaries creative with figures 3. BMG putting out high numbers
It would be nice if we would realize that players are overpriced. There arent really any good business when it comes to footballers.
