Going to London this spring and want to catch a game when I'm there. Any recommendations on websites?
Might give stubhub a shot? http://sports.yahoo.com/news/soccer--change-in-policy-will-make-epl-tickets-more-accessible.html
Usually go through the club's website. Never had an issue getting West Ham tickets, but the bigger clubs might be a little tougher. Becoming a member usually gets you access to tickets a day sooner than general sale. Memberships range from20-50. There are ticket brokers out there, but not like here. eBay.co.uk is worth a look. If you are not a fan of a particular club, don't be afraid of a Championship match. Crystal Palace is having a great season, and those fucking cunts at Millwall don't completely suck this season.
Hello Friends, Do NOT under any circumstances use Craigslist or similar. Scalping football tickets is illegal in the UK. Check out this thread. The spreadsheet lists all matches for the season, and provides links to the clubs' websites. Tickets are usually firstly made available to those in the club's membership scheme (the booster as you say), with any remaining then going on general sale. You can also look at Thomas Cook for ticket/hotel packages (link is provided in one of the posts on page 2). Also note that matches are subject to change, particularly in the second half of the season due to TV, and conflicts with the FA Cup and Champions League.
