New baseball shit looks great. Wish I lived 10 min away still. Used to love not having shit to do on sundays and remembering I could go watch free baseball and lounge around with the family and it never had to come with the risk of me being pissed off.

UCF says staff member intervened before incident between player, UTEP fan escalated UTEP fan claims he was hit by UCF player By Paul Tenorio | Orlando Sentinel 6:11 p.m. EST, February 17, 2013 A UCF official says a staff member intervened before an incident between an unruly UTEP fan and a member of the Knights' basketball team escalated following a game in El Paso Saturday night. UTEP fan Chris Ybarra, 22, told the El Paso Times he was hit in the head by an open hand after he confronted an unidentified UCF player following the Knights' loss to the Miners. Ybarra was waiting in the tunnel where UCF players exited the arena and heckled the team. The newspaper report stated a UCF staff member stepped in between the two to break things up. "My head was to his chest, so it wasn't like I was going to do anything," Ybarra told the El Paso Times. "Then as the UCF assistant pulled him away, he reached over and pushed my head back." A UCF Athletics Association spokesman confirmed a situation occurred with a fan. "A member of the UCF coaching staff was present when a fan initiated an incident with a UCF student-athlete following a game," UCF basketball spokesman Doug Richards said. "The staff member quickly intervened before the situation escalated." In the wake of the incident, UCF has contacted Conference USA about security at UTEP games
so basically utep fan acts like a jackass in the face of our player, not expecting to get hit for it, and then does and goes crying to the press about it. good. deserved it. hope no punishment comes to our guy. i also like that basically ucf's whole statement there was "fan acted like a jackass so our guy responded but we defused the situation. we're also going to make sure c-usa makes sure utep isn't retarded and letting fans into the tunnel anymore."
I wish our response to the NCAA for the infractions would have been as spot on. Such as "Yeah we fired the idiot who couldn't even cheat right or "didn't know the rules", and the coach that was his go to guy on the football team. And as for that basketball shit it isn't a big deal because the dude was basically our players dad so really Big Fucking Deal, right? I mean it was 2 white players under 6 feet who ended up playing and they sucked."
