Willie Taggert is the worst. I really hope they can not afford to fire him and he has to stay around for a while. GOL may just wait until we make that series 5-4.
Did Plummer even sign a UDFA contract? I saw an article talking about 4 people signing and Plummer wasn't one of them. Almost feel bad for Jacoby, he got bad advice.
He didn't even file his pre-draft evaluation right? Just an overall weird situation. He was never going to have impressive pro day numbers, all of his draftability comes from film. Another year first team all conference with some added weight and he was golden. Sucks because we don't know the full situation but I hope he can find somewhere and make a team. It's definitely an uphill climb from here though.
According to a friend on Facebook. Might be accurate or maybe not.. Glenn - Bears Plummer - Redskins Wilson - Lions Hall - Bucs Someones else mentioned Ozerities to the Falcons (hahahahaha Gaknight). Don't know about JJ.
I really thought he was going to be like a 4th round pick and make a team. Now I don't know. I really don't understand based on production how he didn't get drafted when so many shitty players did.

Reese went to Bucs Tukes to Philly So total of 8 guys from this year are competing for an NFL spot. Would imagine both draft picks make it. Don't know depth charts well beyond that anywhere but could see one of the WRs catch on with the Bucs. Wilson sucks ass so no way he does.
No mention of JJ? That's too bad, he could be a Wes Welker for sure. Possible his knee isn't healed enough yet.
I hope that is it. I'm shocked that no one would pick up JJ, he may not be the fastest or biggest but he has about the surest hands anyone could want.
i wish i knew more about why Glenn went undrafted or what is JJ's plan or any other behind the scenes info... ......but oh right. we dont have a beat writer.
do we officially not have one now, or are we still just working with the useless sack of skin we've had for the last year?
Big changes coming to popular UCF football tailgating area Memory Mall By Shannon Owens-Green Orlando Sentinel contact the reporter This move comes as part of a plan for an expanded tailgating experience featuring themed tailgates for the Knights' six home games, live music, food, a cooling zone and giveaways by the Student Government Association. UCF students and alumni can reserve spaces at Memory Mall for free online. No further details have been released yet on the website where students and alumni can reserve spaces. 2 Tailgating spaces outside of Memory Mall will remain available on a first-come, first served basis. “We encourage all fans to visit the SGA tailgating area and enjoy our expanded entertainment and food offerings before they cheer on our Knights to victory,” said SGA president Weston Bayes and president-elect Cait Zona. Some tailgating themes will be announced in the summer and students will help select the themes for other games.
Free is always a terrible idea. It's too easy to do. It's guaranteed people will not communicate and a whole fraternity is going to reserve 50 spaces because they assume no one else is. Or people who have like 25% chance of going will reserve one "just in case" because no risk in free reservations. You at least have to make it $5. Not for the money (donate it all) but just as a barrier to entry.
Every change in tailgating I can remember has made things worse, thus I have no expectation of this being anything good
Everything except the reservations are a good idea, they want to make it more of an event and a thing people want to do. I'd imagine they are trying to make it more family-friendly as well, so the reservations likely will favor people being prepared and planning ahead, which isn't something the average college kid is good at.
If you haven't read the SBNation preview you should. The guy does the best preview by far. http://www.sbnation.com/college-foo...n-football-power-rankings-cincinnati-navy-ucf
It sounds like a bad luck Brian meme Want to bring people in to tailgate by making it into an event... Schedule games for weekday afternoons
Sup orlando? Is there anywhere decent to eat downtown nowadays? Trying to figure out what to do before the OCSC game tomorrow night.
Artisan's Table has the best food downtown. Go sit at the bar and $5 drinks including some really good cocktails. It is in the Plaza building where Pine 22 used to be. It is the best tasting and pretty affordable place to go downtown.
So softball won the title. They seem to be legit national title contenders but I have no idea how softball works.
I have to credit george on the weekday game thing. Its clear thats the only way we are getting exposure. He knows whats up. His comments about ignoring young fans couldnt be more off though.
it's good for exposure, but also comes at a price -- fans in the stands. and that in itself looks bad to those we are exposed to. it only highlights our poor attendance to major conferences.
