Thought we were going to grind out a victory with individual brilliance from Traore and Courtois. Didn't really deserve much from the game.
I understood why we made the subs that we did, but man i thought with a 1 goal lead they werent the best Remy for Traore was fine Didnt like taking Eden off for RLC even though i wanted RLC to play Then Cesc for Matic would have gone cesc for oscar rlc for matic
Traore hasn't been playing as much so like RLC he might not have the stamina right now to go 90. Remy does nothing for me though Traore getting real minutes and becoming second choice striker will be the defining positive of the second hiddink era. Guy is a stud and I am glad he has a manager who believes in him and I hope he can show it more throughout the season
Remy might as well not even be out there, I feel like he has 0 impact on the game whatsoever agree with the sub remarks clemson, didn't make a whole lot of sense during the game
Don't have much faith in keeping a clean sheet so gonna need at least 2 goals(to even get to extra time/pks), Hazard scoring would be nice.
horrid defending my god, Cahill just ran away from Ibra in the box wtf getting dominated in the midefield even with Verratti out
Perfectly fine selling Hazard, Costa, and anyone else Conte deems surplus to start over build the team.
Didn't watch the game but it sounds like Hazard was bitching out again. Great talent but he can't be the guy to lead a team. I'm sure he'll be unreal at Real Madrid though.
Hazard swapped shirts with Di Maria at half? http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/row-zed/eden-hazard-angel-di-maria-7527863
sell hazard, remy, matic. let falcao walk. Should raise about 100 million pounds and 500K pounds a week wages. Let roman pump some rubles in and we should be able to make some solid purchases in the midfield. Give RLC some serious gametime and basically tell him to prove himself. Even if he does, we still need a star midfielder. someone to compliment cesc. pogba is the dream. If we cant get him we need to get someone. I dont think this team can compete for a title in their current state but they need to start bringing in talent and like year 1 under mourinho, show progress under the new manager. Should be an interesting offseason. Roman is spending a fuck ton on the new stadium so I wonder how much that will effect money spent in the transfer market. I just hope this season has pissed him off enough to not give a fuck. The biggest question mark to me is oscar. He is clearly a great player but I dont think we can turn down a big offer for him. If china comes calling and he is down for the stupid salary they offer I would be ok letting him walk.
I will never understand how you can do this at halftime of a big game. That said, even if you want to, wait until you are in the fucking tunnel. Just shows he really doesnt give a fuck
yeah my patience for Hazard is growing thin, seems like he is never going to find his form this year and his quotes haven't been great. Can't argue against blowing it up and getting fresh bodies in for the new manager. Guys just don't appear to enjoy playing with eachother. I wish we could get the full inside story of what happened since we won the title, last years team seemed willing to do whatever it took to win as a team, this year complete opposite.
I can't believe your patience hadn't completely run out awhile ago, he has been a petulant cunt the majority of this season.
True, I guess I was just holding out hope that he would have that game where he showcased his talent and came into form, which was worth putting up with some of his antics.
No way we should turn down another insane Chinese bid for Oscar if he has any inclination to go there or if Real Madrid/PSG start a bidding war for Hazard.
I don't think Hazard is still bidding war material. He will go for a good fee, but not the retarded numbers he would have garnered last summer.
He's played like absolute dog shit for the better part of a year. Sure, PSG could do something retarded and overpay but that is his value to me. With the incentives maybe that high, but not for a base price. He's 25 and regressing when he should be hitting his prime.
That is what I value him at, PSG or some club with more money than sense could certainly pay more for an asset rapidly declining in value. The days of him supposedly breaking the Bale record are long gone. He is a whiny little cunt that hasn't scored a league goal since last season. I think you overestimate the market for him, Mahrez will be a hotter property come this summer. Rightly so.
