I'm sure that is what Chelsea want to happen and would also comply with CPO but I just can't see a rebuild approved by the locals.

Expecting RLC and brown to start Monday. Ake might start but should play a decent part in the game. Christensen might be on the bench as well as beeney.

Jose said he expects costa to start so I doubt we see solanke.

Zouma, Ramires, and Oscar won't play in either game. Terry, Ivanovic, and Hazard all want to play both games.

Also solanke started the u21 game today but RLC, ake, brown and Christensen were not involved so I expect that they will all be in the 18

Looks like ake and brown will play from the bench. Christensen also on the bench

So does Costa need surgery or what? Regardless, not a fan of playing him in a meaningless game.

Was an amazing time as a fan. The fact that the team that year probably wasn't one of our 5 best teams or even one of the 5 best teams in Europe that year (especially with the suspensions) made the win that much more awesome

That was probably as close as you can get to a Cinderella run for a big club. Easily could've not even advanced to the knockout rounds, overcame a 3-1 deficit against Napoli, and needed Barca and Bayern missing countless chances(not even counting Messi and Robben pks).

Probably don't sign Hazard unless we won, who knows where we'd be without him.

Great news that cesc will play game 1 next year

Also I know mourinho said he will pllay a full strength squad because Sunderland are in a relegation battle but after the WBA game, I honestly think playing youngsters with something to prove would be more competitive

@BluesChronicle: Chelsea team for Sunderland: Cech, Ivanovic, Cahill, Terry, Azpilicueta, Mikel, Matic, Cuadrado, Willian, Hazard, Drogba.

Thought Hazard was out due to dental surgery. Would like to see Cuadrado actually do something this match.

As a Chelsea fan this bums me out. Him playing at City, whatever. Shouldn't wear the arm band though, last game in the EPL or not.
