I wish we landed top targets but I am also glad we didn't waste money on shit like we did with cuadrado. If our main guy isn't available, use youth/cheap plan B players. i have no idea what our budget actually is but if roman is financing a £500m stadium straight cash, he might need a shitty year this year to convince him to really spread the wealth

 

Hazard and Matic, the two best players over the full season, have been poor this season. As bad as Ivanovic has been (awful), we need Matic and Hazard to return to form.

Complacency, a few players losing a step and a complete lack of competition for half of the starters make this year a top 4 year from an expectation standpoint. Hopefully top 3 so we don't need to qualify for champions league

If that is the case, I really hope Rahman, zouma, RLC, Kenedy and traore are properly blooded to the premier league and ready to produce next to 2-3 key new signings next year.
