The single line that got me in the finale is when they were trying to rename the group, and Annie offered up, "Susan." Have no idea. Also, I love anything set to that Lord Huron song. I will rewatch the series, and then I'll do it again when my son is roughly 11.
This is one of the very few tv shows where I will purchase the DVD version so that I can always come back to it and watch it and it won't be lost to me.
I have 1-3 but will be purchasing 4-6 ASAP. I should add that the two other tv shows I have purchased DVDs for are Arrested Development 1-3 and Happy Endings 1-3.
Did Pudi and Glover come up with all the Troy and Abed bits at the end of the episodes? Or did the writers actually write them?
Early 21st Century Romantism. Pierce's speech about Britta being gay, the BNL bit, Abed and Troy and the librarian, Professor Duncan, the party at Jeff's, including the introduction of Magnitude and Leonard asking where the white women are, etc. And Pierce on drugs with Andy Dick.
Donald Glover was on Fallon last night and the Roots played Michael Haggin's Daybreak when he walked out. Or as I knew it - the song Troy and Abed always liked to hum.
And yes, when my cell phone rings I usually whistle along and point my finger like Troy for a sec before answering.
Do kids still call it "picking up the phone" when they answer it? That seems like an anachronism to a time when the actual act of lifting the phone answered the call.
just awesome. Only thing that would have made it awesomer was if Donald would have done his pointing to the song
also realized it's nearly time for a rewatch. in the middle of "cheers" right now, so i'm still a few weeks away, but this is next on my list.
Just started a rewatch this week. My roommate has never seen the show so this makes it even better. Season 2 Episode 2.
