This is exactly what Indios should have done, but their shit organization managed to fold two years after making the Liguilla Semis. I really hope Juarez gets another team, the games were tons of fun.
Yeah that sucks about the Indios, I saw them battle Irapuato a few times when i used to live in Irapuato (my hometown Mexican team) in the Liga de Asencion......hope my Freseros of Irapuato will fucking breakthru one of these days as everytime they get back into the Primera, they have been in the semis and finals so many fucking times.....last time they made it up they got they sold and moved
Cavenaghi & Trezeguet were awesome in their River v Dep Merlo match over the weekend... nice to see they still got it.
yea it was awesome, Fluminense playing right now. I will try to post standings after 4 games played and make some predictions on who advances in each group

2nd leg of the Mexican Clausura championship between Santos and Monterrey just started on Telefutura, 1-1 after the 1st leg.
Mexican Federation wants to move to a more traditional style, 1 season with 2 or 3 relegated teams. Owners aren't going for it so far.
Boca scored in the 91st minute last night to advance to the Semis and knockout Fluminense. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sQDF5TT4U64
Boca wins 2-0. 2nd leg for Boca-Universidad next Thursday Corinthians hosts Santos next Wednesday after winning at Santos 1-0 last night.
First leg last night was pretty interesting. Still for a La U-Santos final. Diego was in the house tonight at Boca. All coked up for sure.
Anyone going to watch the match tonight? I am thinking Chatzy if we get a few that are going to watch.
English speaking link for those interested. http://www.thefirstrow.eu/watch/127426/7/watch-corinthians-sp-vs-santos-fc.html
Rafael just made a huge one hand save on a deflected diving head right before the half to keep Santos up 1-0. The tie is level on goals and away goals. If it ends 1-0 Santos; it goes to PK. No extra time in the Libertadores.
Its going to be interesting to see Neymar at Barca after the WC in 2014. He is head and shoulders the best player on the pitch tonight.
Corinthians scores right after the start of the 2nd half. Terrible marking from a set piece. 1-1 in the match and 2-1 Corinthians overall but still plenty of time for Neymar to Neymar.
Did the ball boy just retaliate for getting leveled by throwing multiple balls on the field and get kicked out?
Pretty sure he did. Corinthians has had the edge so far. 15 minutes or so to go. Still 1-1 in the match and 2-1 Corinthians on agg.
So loud. Santos just chunking the ball up the pitch from the midfield is not working. Time to change it up and actually get Neymar on the ball
The other semifinal is tomorrow night at 8:15pm. Universidad de Chile will try to overturn a 2-0 hole against Boca Juniors. Worth tuning in just see the atmosphere at Estadio Nacional in Santiago and what kind of tactics La U will use.
Tonight should be entertaining if nothing else. Hopefully Boca are cocky enough with the 2 goal lead and sit back the whole time. La U is more than capable of overturning that lead. Matias Rodriguez needs show why he was called up to the national team. Hopefully for La U win but think Boca hit them at some point on the counter to get the away goal necessary to win the tie and get to the finals.
