Early game was rough for EG. Nice comeback now and it's pretty even. They might have a slight advantage atm though. Tough to say.
Nvm, Newbee's late game tri-cores (Naga, Invoker, Weaver) won out. Their Phoenix pick was pretty solid as well.
Naga and weaver. Newbee absolutely rolled through Secret and EG today. EG/Secret tomorrow, get your popcorn ready! Also Sumail went radiance/manta/octarine on Alch even with Alch/manta nerf. he also had an awful throw, went into Jung randomly for a solo gank 30 minutes in and was instantly killed by the whole Newbee team.
Solid/unspectacular. Aui's been good at carry and Bulba's really been better than I expected at Offlane. He's had some really great matches. You can tell their chemistry isn't fully there yet though. Took third at weplay which had some good teams there. Hammered VP last night (who really aren't as good as they once were) and then just ran into the Newbee buzzsaw. Probably won't get a good feel for them until after a couple more tournaments.
I'm extremely unimpressed with Aui from what I've seen. He's a ricer. That style doesn't cut it anymore.
I think that's kind of by design for them. EG was at their best when fear could play a bit of a conservative farming carry while letting Sumail yolo around. I'm not saying they'll have much success with that strategy, but it seems to be what they're going for right now.
Zai's never really played much carry though I don't think. 3 and 4 player iirc. If Zai rejoins it'll probably be at the expense of Bulba, not Aui.
Can't believe we didn't mention it already, but how about that slardar last night? Dude got all pissy about friedskillet pinging him a few times, so he buys 6 branches and stashes them on our courier, basically rendering it useless. We did win in spite of his best efforts, though. People never cease to amaze me with their cuntiness.
Yeah, that was so fucking lame. Luckily we murdered them anyway despite having to go back to base every time we needed an item.
Guys HotS is garbage each game has these random fucking powerups and my teammates don't try to win them and we get stomped.
imagine if someone decided that league of legends was too hard so they made an easier version now imagine the person who did that also had brain damage the result is heroes of the storm.
Apparently it has 49 heroes. As gay as it is to see the same heroes over and over in dota, I can't imagine the cancer spamming that occurs with less than half the amount.

Half great plays from secret and half being dumb by VP to let the game go that long, but yeah, holy shit that game.
I just don't think split push alchemist is worth a shit, especially with that greed nerf. So many times I've seen a 900 gpm alchemist have the game fall apart around him. The og style battle alch/feed early aghs to a Tiny alch is way more effective IMO.
Biggest issue with Alch is it destroys farm for everyone else IMO. So greedy he eats all the farm on the map.
Yeah except that only some heroes are free and you have to unlock free hero slots to pick from literally cancer
Secret loses game 3 and drops the series to VP- who looked awful against EG. Arteezy has had some really conspicuous pauses at key times this tournament, claiming crashes.
