***book thread*** At the end of ADWD they're getting big enough to cause some serious damage. Obviously, people can ride them now but I'm trying to remember specifics. The only things I can remember are that their heads are bigger than a horse head, and I want to say they have a wingspan of about 20 feet. Is that accurate? Missing anything? Also, how big do they get by the end of the series? From the skulls under King's Landing we know they can become massive but there isn't enough time for that unless he skips a while in the last book or in an epilogue. But by the time Dany quits dicking around and actually makes it to Westeros they should grow a good bit more.
i think drogon is the biggest because he's been feeding on bigger prey on a more consistent basis. the dragons consistently dwindled in size until they were extinct, but that's for a whole different thread
Yeah I thought Drogon would be somewhat bigger since he's been on his own, and Dany locked the others up. on that second part. I didn't expect a lot of Balerions, but I thought that's because the Targs started keeping them in the Dragon Pit instead of roaming free like in Valyria.
