He should some starts as he is the only striker on the roster outside of Rooney and Martial. Hopefully Jose keeps Martial out on the wing, so it will probably come down to if he decides to keep Rooney in the midfield or not. Rashford should be the backup to start the season as Jose will definitely look to sign a top striker in the summer window.
