Because Turkey took 4 points in their matches against Netherlands to Holland's 1 they would need to lose for Holland to get 3rd. Can't be level. If Norway draws with Italy and Croatia wins, Croatia will qualify because their results in the group were 5-1 Croatia and 2-0 Norway so +2 Croatia. Hungary is going to get the top 3rd place spot. They took 15 points from their 5 matches against top 5 in their group. Croatia is next with 14 (they took 15 but were docked a point for racism, they hold a better GD than Hungary so it would be their spot and they'd be qualified no matter tomorrow's result) and play the 6th placed team so they can't get any points towards that. If Croatia takes 2nd place in their group, Norway has 13 against the top 5 spots in their group so since the most they would get tomorrow and finish 3rd would be 1 point they can't pass Hungary.
