Ballpark I think we paid £6 million and would get £9 million. On the bright side it would be nice to start a good relationship with Barca and do things like this on a regular basis. Haliovic would be quite tasty.
Don't get your hopes up, those tend to be one sided affairs. We know from experience. Sucks for you guys and hopefully they don't end up exercising the option, you could get more for him on the open market if you really wanted to but clearly you want him to stay with the club. He is a very technically gifted player, I just wish he would stop going down so damn easily.
I've kind of embraced how villainous he can be. I'm not going to be like the Lividpool fans that turned a blind eye with Suarez and got all mad when people would say mean things about him. Everton need more polarizing players like him.
I wouldnt say he goes down easily...but i guess only because im too used to CONCACAF which is somehow worse. HOWEVER, no one goes down as theatrically as Geri. No one.
I've witnessed a few dandies from him in the past few weeks. Couldn't find video of the one vs. Sunderland last month but it was pretty horrendous.
I'm pretty positive I will receive one for my birthday in a couple of days so I'm all in with Gerry D. I did the same with Rom on his loan year and it worked out for the best. I was going to request a Stones before that whole debacle but that would be an unwise investment.
I think we can both be right on this one. the one yesterday was the worst. He did get an arm to the face but literally dove into a full 360. It was magical.
He's kind of got the look that he's always wearing mascara and I bet that just puts the blue collar folks over the edge with how much they dislike him.

I was referencing how we, and to a way lesser extent Liverpool, managed to beat those bastards 4-1 this season. If on form they will be an absurdly tough out but City have had some sloppy performances this season. You guys are more than capable of beating them and advancing if you catch them at the right time.
Id feel better if it wasn't for the two leggedness. I could see us beating them 3-1 at Goodison and them winning 5-0 at the Etihad. We're going to need Aguero to have one of his numerous niggles and for Yaya to be in a foul mood to pull this one out. And there will certainly be John Stones and Lukaku rumors swirling since the matches are in January.
Just got my long sleeved away (The white not the awful green) Gerry D kit with the matching shorts. I'm so tempted to go full kit wanker right now.
I feel so deeply for you. At least you don't have a 3-9 college football team that has probably already been turned down Tim Sherwood for its head coaching vacancy.
And I forgot about the whole instate rival being three wins from winning the national title, something I used to be certain I'd never live to see.
Agreed. Should've taken all 3 points if Gerry D had some better crosses and we learned to take corners (and defend them as well). The two posts and one crossbar shot kind of made this result inevitable.
I made fun of Dagenham & Red Bridge in a thread a couple days ago so of course that's who we drew and will now lose to because of me.
Barry taking corners is dumb IMO. He's one of our bigger and most physical players which can be helpful in skirmishes in the box.
I think we can say we have dropped points from a winning position for the first time this season. It makes too much sense for PSG to come after Lukaku in January.
