How were they able to restart that free kick like 20 yards ahead of where the foul was? Luckily Mori made a nice play
And yeah, not a whole lot. It's hard for us to really attack well with the playing of 4 CBs. Jags MOTM for me. The job he's done getting this back line together is insane
Last season, a poster in the Liverpool thread said our best results of the season were our draws against them. This was even after we had beaten Wolfsburg twice.
Everton, Leicester and Spurs are tied for the fewest losses in the Prem. And I'm pretty sure we haven't dropped a single point from a winning position yet this season. #blessed
Well considering who we've played, I'm very pleased with how we've started the season. After we dropped points to Watford, I would have guessed we'd be around where Chelsea is right now.
I'm happy where we are at too. Hopefully we can beat United and steal points at Arsenal. If we do that we'll be far past where I thought we would actually be at this stage and doing it with a ton of injuries
so I finally looked this up and I still am not sure how this happened. is his mother on the selection panel or something?
Basically FIFA is dead set on picking a player that did well in each federations main tournament. Excluding the Gold Cup of course. I believe he was the MVP of the Africa Cup of Nations. It's kind of a microcosm of how Sepp Blatter has stayed in power for as long as he has.
Pretty bad week for me when it comes to head coaches and the teams I care about. Spurrier retires on a day where my team isn't even the most important USC to lose their coach that day. Liverpool hires one of the coolest guys on the planet. And I've got no confidence in the other Jurgen coaching the USMNT. Won't be long until Chelsea fires Mourinho and takes Roberto from me.
Thou shall not besmirch our lord and savior, Scottish Messi Kev has gotten very little play this year. Usually a very late super sub
Its nice to know we would have still lost to Mexico if Jurgen had played Timmy. He just dived out of the way for some reason.
Apparently if you breathe on the keeper it's a foul. Glad Rom didnt score on that header - would have been livid if it was waived off for that
Barkley just needs to let er rip. Everytime Naismith gets the ball near the box, he starts United's counter attack for them.
I didn't think it would be possible but I think Naismith destroyed all the goodwill he got from the fans for the Chelsea hat trick in a single half.
