    Arsenal, Chelsea, and Atletico are the named clubs. The Bundesliga & Serie A must have a bunch because the article just mentioned the leagues. There could be more clubs too.

    Also the article said Real Madrid will definitely receive a transfer ban according to Mundo Deportivo.

    This is the same punishment that Barcelona received.

    I would be fine limiting it to Madrid so they have to wait a year or two before raiding us again and Chelsea because they are shitheads. Arsenal supporters bemoaning Arsene's lack of transfer activity is one of my favorite things every window, I would hate for us to lose that.

    It's the Spanish version of Daily Mail and because it's out of Barcelona it has a decidedly anti-Madrid/Spain lean.
