What a ridiculous comment. You don't think that half of the fans of golf (or more) are also football fans in this country prior to and after Daly's career? Also, no one who goes to a golf tournament or truly follows the PGA Tour is a fan of just 1 person. MAYBE Tiger had some of those people who just followed him and honestly couldn't care less about any other golfer. Lastly, golf needs all the fans and eyeballs it can get.
I've read so many conflicting reports about Tiger that I am shocked he is playing this wk. The latest Golf Digest I read with Beef on the cover was not flattering to him Jesper said what he said and then there were about five others that say he hasnt been seen at the course lately and when they do see him the results arent good. There were three articles about Tiger in this one magazine. One about his restaurant, one about his injuries to come back, and one about all the Tiger sightings over the last few years.
