Jackson was never going to direct. His production company WETA was going to be involved. They built the warthog and did the live action shorts that came out while the movie was still on hold.
I haven't played any of the Halos since 3 cause I heard they all sucked-- glad to hear this is gonna be back up to that standard.
so pissed. i pre ordered COD and thought it released tonight, nope, it was Halo 4... im waiting to get Halo 4 till I see how good the online play is, (could care less about the campaign... only played Halo 3 so i don't understand the story whatsoever)
Good story, good ending. wish the campaign on Heroic wasn't just 8 hours long, but still a good first game from 343.
I think I'm about half way through. Gonna take the rest of the night off to slog through the election results so I won't finish the game too quickly. Just doing my Normal run through right now. Will step up to legendary next, hopefully co-op first then solo and will start getting the Spartan Ops missions started. So far I really like it. The mission I just finished, Reclaimer, is already one of my favorite Halo levels yet. Some of the music is pretty good, most of it I don't really notice, so that's a disappointment. I'll see if that changes the more I play it and learn the themes a bit more.
