I don't even like Giroud but please, no problem with his extension. There's a lack of top players on the market and the top 7-8 teams in the world have way too much money and that includes us even though we're on the low end.

We have a squad that can compete in EPL, no excuses.

Giroud isn't a top 5 striker in the world, but he's probably just on the outside of the top 10. Considering Sterling is on £200k/week, Milner on £150k/week, I feel we are getting a bargain for Giroud at £130k... Even when he doesn't score, he does the dirty work to allow others to capitalize.

 

Im no fan of Giroud but he has played well enough for us to keep him and im okay with that. we still need a #1 striker though.

130 would be close to terrible, but 90k is good value imo. then again Arsenal is making boat loads of money, so i really dont care much as long as we arent paying everybody 200k

 

90 is about right in our current structure, Wenger obviously wants an upgrade but he still serves a purpose. Theo will probably get 120-130 since he's english and them having no problem running his contract down.

The salaries will probably bump up whenever Ozil and Alexis get extensions.
