so lets say it's a 120 minute movie. how long into it before shit officially hits the fan in that park
From that trailer it looks like there's going to be quite a bit of exposition. You're gonna have to get Andy from wherever he is to the park. Then they're going to have to explain why the park is up, and explain why they made a new dinosaur. Then we'll have to see how the exhibits work with the crowd, and how whatever goes wrong goes wrong. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a scene or two explaining how the new dinosaur was made too.
Yea I feel like it will resemble the original's timeline a lot more closely than the last few shitshows. Probably half the movie is setup and then chaos for the 2nd half.
Looks badass. Definitely gonna see that shit. Also, and I may just be herp derping, but does anyone feel like these trailers give away too much of the movie? I mean, fuck, I can tell you exactly whats going to happen down to the fucking climax/last scene. That trailer leaves ZERO to the imagination. /endrant
Going to try and not watch any trailers until it comes out. Have managed to do the same for Avengers.
So are we going to be getting Star Lord leading a raptor army to hunt the super dinosaur? Actually I don't really care just take my money now.
While I agree that trailers nowadays are too revealing, if you couldn't guess what happens in this movie then Idk man.
this looks retarded but I like seeing giant monsters tear each other/people. They really should just do away with the dialogue and plot
I really really really hope they address the things that happened in the previous 3 movies. I really hope they didn't just make the genetically modified dinosaur because they ran out of cool dinosaurs to scare us with. I really really hope they don't rant against mega corporations and their need to put people at risk just to make a buck, FOR THE 4TH STRAIGHT MOVIE. And I REALLY hope I didn't just essentially see the entire movie in that trailer. Really.
In what way??? Dinosaurs are already extinct. The whole premise of the movie revolves around extracting blood from a million year old mosquito and mixing it with frog dna to make a dinosaur. That fact didn't make u skeptical??? Lol
Henry Wu talks about trying to modify the dinosaurs in the first book but Hammond was against it. And with Spielberg not killing off Wu like in the book, made it easy to bring the character back.
Far fetched has nothing to do with me being skeptical that this movie is worth a shit. Creating a dinosaur seems like they're just constantly trying to one up previous films.
I love when people talk about the ridiculousness of sci-fi and/or fantasy movies. People hand-wringing about the logic in Interstellar were my personal fav. This is good, too.
I could swear that it was widely reported that JW was going to bring back the mechanical dinosaurs like the original movie. Everything in the trailers is completely over the top CGI Something weird happened to CGI in the last 5 years. It looks better in movies from the early 2000s than it does now
They're still making edits. Remember what the entrance looked like in November? It was was awful. Looks good now.
Why are the feeding the aquatic dinosaur great white sharks? That seems incredibly impracticable and it would upset the natural order of the ocean.
