I took my fiancée to the West Virginia game on her birthday his first year and she was flipping out about why Tony was playing this scrub kid to break the press.

Their oldest brother played at tech and is not a big guy. Check that he was a walk-on OL. Very slim now
The new normal Can’t find it now but one of the top players nationally in 2021 at Good Counsel Landon Tengwall called out his entire generation on Twitter for being entitled attention-seekers. Was a solid take

thank my sister: Spoiler CHARLOTTESVILLE – Virginia football’s strength coach spotted the university’s president early Thursday morning. President Jim Ryan was making his way over a pedestrian bridge on his way to join the Cavaliers for a conditioning workout. “When he came up this morning, I knew it was him coming down across the bridge, because there was a guy running, not jogging,” UVA’s Shawn Griswold said. “He was rolling.” In an effort to break up the monotony of offseason conditioning sessions, Griswold decided to spice things up by inviting Ryan, an accomplished distance runner, to join in a morning workout. The 52-year-old, who became Virginia’s ninth president when he took the post in August of 2018, completed a series of 18 sprints with the players, impressing athletes and coaches alike with his ability to maintain the pace of the 18 to 22-year-olds around him. Ryan even ran with the skill position players – the fastest group – instead of trying to sneak in with the larger, slower linemen. “It’s very different from how I run,” said Ryan, who runs the Boston Marathon annually, included a community 5K in his inauguration weekend and led a group run for UVA fans in Minneapolis during this year’s men’s basketball Final Four. “I usually run long and slow now. So it was hard.” For many of the sprints, Ryan ran between quarterback Bryce Perkins and wide receiver Joe Reed, two of the team’s fastest players and two of the more competitive during workouts. “He held up great,” an impressed Perkins said afterward. “I didn’t think he was going to be able to finish, because we run at a high volume. But he’s great in shape. For most part, he made all the times we were making. So that shows what great shape he’s in and what a hard worker he is. “Not many schools have their president come out. It means a lot to us that he cares.” Ryan, who grew up dreaming of playing running back for Notre Dame or shortstop for the New York Yankees, said he was happy to accept Griswold’s invitation to workout with the football team, which went 8-5 last season under coach Bronco Mendenhall and beat South Carolina in the Belk Bowl. “It’s a great group of guys,” Ryan said. “I was really happy to be out here. I love this team. I love what Coach Mendenhall is trying to do and it’s a real kick for me to be out here. “Successful athletic programs are an incredible way of bringing the community together. They lift everyone’s spirits.” Ryan has enjoyed a tremendous run of success in his first year at UVA, with the Cavaliers’ football team having its best season since 2011 and the men’s basketball and lacrosse teams winning national championships. “I learned it’s a really good thing to win a couple of national championships in your first year as president,” Ryan joked. Ryan addressed the team during a pre-workout huddle, then got on the line and ran eight 55-yard sprints, six 110-yarders and four half-gassers, sprinting the width of the field instead of the length. Afterward, Ryan said he expected to feel the effects of the workout on Friday morning, but said he still planned to go for a run. “I do it as much for mental health as physical health,” Ryan said. “I like to get outside.
IMO admin has come a long way in the last five years from chair, president, and AD. Curious of JPWahoo opinion
definitely agree overall. there's one huge issue I have with a recent decision (non sports) that I could elaborate on privately haha - but yeah largely I've been really impressed. especially with Carla
Kody was the high scorer for U19 Australia team. I’ve been counting him out but he could surprise as a spot up shooter in the Guy role.
At first I thought he got stupid rich off the ACAC which was kinda funny. Looks like he made his bundle before he even opened that.
Also I think it sucks Malcolm is headed to the Pacers because I like what the Bucks have going and Indiana is a franchise stuck in neutral. But he feels like such an Indiana basketball player
Gonna be nice to have a big who goes up strong and attacks the basket like this. Kadin looks to be much the same.
