Official Liverpool FC Thread http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VxAbyj5_sDI New Lucas Leica elalonso14 video.
I tried this with the Arsenal thread we proceeded to have the worst summer imaginable :goodlucktakenvoice:
There had to have been something concrete, I doubt they would have just done it with zero evidence whatsoever. 15 match ban should suffice.
I believe Suarez admitted to saying negrito but claimed it was an acceptable phrase in Uruguay and in Spanish. Apparently Pacheco used the term in a tweet the other day. I believe it will be hard for Suarez to claim he wasnt being racist. God help is if we are depending on Adam to be our creator.
There are way worse things he could have said in Spanish, but no way they suspend him if they don't do anything to Terry though.
NextGen Series stream. http://www.nextgenseries.com/Sporting-vs-Liverpool-16-11-11 We're losing 2-1, 2nd half about to start. We've already advanced so this game is kind of meaningless. Pelosi is on the bench.
They are different cases, so I doubt one has much bearing on the other. If they have evidence against Suarez and none against Terry then why would they not suspend Suarez? I'm not saying that is the case but they should be dealt with on a case by case basis.
I didn't know you were privy to everything the FA has gathered up until this point. Do you really think they would charge Suarez if they had no evidence? If they have plain evidence against Terry then I'm sure he will get similar treatment, his case was started later.
Just from what's been reported, it comes down to Evra's word vs Suarez' word. Evra has already made false racist claims twice in his career. The reason I bring up Terry is because the FA would surely back down from suspending their NT captain. If they suspend Suarez and not Terry then it would be extremely hypocritical of the FA.

It's awesome that we keep signing young talent, but hopefully we spend some money on proven talent come January, or it'll be another year without Champs.
We still have so much work to do IMO. This offseason/January transfer window will tell more about FSG than this past window did because we still have the same problem we did from summer to now the most part. Young has completely outplayed downing to this point.
Reina, Enrique, Agger, Skrtel, Johnson, Maxi, Lucas, Adam, Kuyt, Suarez, Bellamy subs: Doni, Spearing, Kelly, Henderson, Carroll, Carragher
Finally, some changes. Only thing I would have preferred is Kelly over Johnson. I think we get a draw out of this.
I just don't understand what happened to downing this year. Last year at Villa he was constantly attacking the fullbacks. I just haven't seen it this year.
