Mubashir @MubzLFC 1h1 hour ago Been told Fimino wanted assurances that Sean O'Driscoll was the man Liverpool were going to hire before he agreed to sign the contract.
Here's a good write up on Benteke from a Villa fan's pov. http://www.reddit.com/r/LiverpoolFC/comments/3bjl5z/clearing_up_some_misconceptions_surrounding/
Benteke was injured 4 times in 13/14 http://www.transfermarkt.com/christian-benteke/verletzungen/spieler/50201#ath
@WhoScored: Christian Benteke: Has scored more headed goals (13) than any other player in the last three Premier League seasons http://t.co/Gq4lxuzAc0
i've seen £2 mil reported. i highly doubt you'll get him for less than 4-5 he signed with Copenhagen this winter and it runs until 2019. He's the best LB in the Danish league, but i doubt he'd beat out Moreno next year eventhough Moreno wasnt very good this year. he turned down offers from bigger clubs this winter because he wanted playing time. id say he's a good purchase if you put him out for loan next season. id say he has the potential to be an EPL player. exactly how good he could become i dont know.
Stepping up our signee picture game, yet not forgetting where we came from (leaning against something).
yea i agree. its really not a lot of money either. they could also put him on loan to a smaller EPL side, but idk if theres any takers.
Anfield HQ @AnfieldHQ96 6h6 hours ago Villa have no interest in selling Benteke and are highly unlikely to accept lower than the release clause. #lfc (James Pearce) Anfield HQ @AnfieldHQ96 6h6 hours ago Part of the reason is that Villa will have to pass on 15% of any fee over £7m to his former club Genk. #lfc (James Pearce)
LFC Liverpool FC @Liverpool_FC_ 4m4 minutes ago Stoke City are reportedly interested in #LFC striker Mario Balotelli (The Guardian) Meez @HamzaMallouk 10 mins10 minutes ago Guardian : Stoke City are looking at Mario Balotelli, and could make a bid of £14m. They will continue paying the same wages. #LFC
What did balotelli do that was so disruptive this year? Rodgers had it out for him from the jump. Did you ever hear him throw lovren or Lallana under the bus like he did balotelli every game?
Not a lawyer I see. Only thing I saw balotelli do this year was step up and take a meaningful penalty away from Henderson who has no business trying to take a penalty when balotelli is on the field.
You've missed a lot then Last time I looked, you don't need to pass the Bar to be a slightly observant person
Let hear about all of these terrible incidents on the field? All I saw was him not to put in a position to succeed then thrown under the bus by the manager repeatedly. Anyone else notice the trend of strikers failing under rodgers? Besides Suarez who would succeed anywhere, guys put up numbers come to liverpool and struggle then go back out and are better elsewhere. Look at Borini, 9 goals for Roma, 1 goal for LFC, 7 goals for Sunderland, 1 goal for LFC. Aspas 12 goals for celta, 1 goal for LFC, 10 goals for Sevilla. Lambert 14 goals for Southampton, 3 goals for LFC. Balotelli 18 goals at inter, 4 goals for LFC. dont know why anyone thinks it would be wise to spend 30 million on benteke
Where did I say Brendan isn't at fault? Idk why you're making this to be a Balo vs Brendan thing...they both need to be taken out to pasture
It wasn't it was a balotelli vs benteke. My point is before you write balotelli off maybe have him play in the right system. All you're doing buying benteke is repeating the mistake you made with balotelli
@AnfieldHQ96: Liverpool are set to cancel the contract of Spanish youngster Javier Manquillo following the signing of Nathaniel Clyne. (Paul Joyce) Bold strategy going into the season with no back up fullbacks
Clicked on This is Anfields 10 best Torres goals off Twitter and just opened an hours worth of depression
