You have to have... as Stoke are the only team yet to score on a corner this season. (They talk about this every single match)
We're so much better without Crouch and just rolling with Joselu or Diouf up front... or going False9 with Bojan. Crouchy slows up the play and forces us to play too directly to accommodate his skills.
Everton 2-1, but game is at City. If Everton gets an early away goal, City will cash it in. They have too much still to play for. Heard Hart is not playing.
He really should be, your midfield is way too defensive when you have Hendo, Can, and Lucas all starting. It is a reason for your lack of goals IMO.
Can't wait for Lucas to leave, Hendo needs to find some touch really quick or he needs to be on the bench
When he is the best attacking option from midfield you are gonna have issues. You better spoiler that first part for Watson.
This team has zero offensive ability besides Firmino and maybe Lallana on a good day....and I'm not okay with that
Nor should you be. You need to start giving some younger guys a shot if things don't improve on offense after the window shuts. That Ojo lad hit a beautiful strike last week then he doesn't get a sniff. I know I've been on the record about Sturridge but not even I could forsee him missing this much time after the original prognosis. It's reached the point where anything you get from him down the stretch is gravy because you can't depend on him to produce for a sustained period. The loss of Ings to start the season was a real punch to the balls because I think he would have been pretty solid for you guys. Is he written off for the entire season?
Completely agree about ojo. Ings was a tore acl so yeah he's done until next year. Lack of pace is killing the side. Can't get in behind. Plus no one can hit a through ball either since Phil went out injured. The whole Sturridge situation is very strange. It defies logic that anyone can get hurt 3 to 4 times while coming back from injury. Makes me think there's more to the story. Also will we ever score on a set piece again?
When does Skrtel get back, because that is when you will score from a set piece again. That is one thing he knows how to do. Caulker is actually very solid at that too but gives away too much on the defensive side of things.
Ojo We are gonna have to go young again in the Fa cup. Basically gonna have to throw away that competition.
His hammy was the worse pull of the lot. I don't think he's even in light training yet. Caulker couldn't be worse than Sakho at the moment. He keeps letting the ball bounce in the box rather than clear on the fly. Cardinal sin.
Saw that young striker from your academy who scored in the FA Cup just left? I'm struggling to remember the name.
Sinclair. Been in a contract dispute with the club for the last year and a half and is going to leave on a free (probably will be a tribunal though).
I'm not gonna lie there was a point where I really rated Caulker, he showed flashes of potentially being a dominant CB when with us at first. I was even critical of selling him but it has proven to be a good move thus far. He has all the physical tools you need, just has to get the mental part down. He is a beast in the air.
I have a man crush. This Is Anfield @thisisanfield 3h3 hours ago Sky: Thank you for your time, Jurgen. Klopp: It’s no problem, they told me I have to!
Pissed I didn't know shaktar was playing 20 minutes from me until after kick off. Could've gone and forcefully persuaded the transfer myself.
