Bob Bradley's return to coaching may come sooner than later. Egyptian outlet Al-Ahram is reporting that the former U.S. national team coach is among three final candidates to take over as coach of Egypt's national team. Bradley will reportedly interview for the job this week, along with Serbian Zoran Filipovic and Colombian Francisco Maturana. Al-Ahram also reports that the Egypt FA was unable to land Frenchman Herve Renard and Portuguese coach Nelo Vingada in its initial search to replace Hassan Shehata, who left the post in June. Egypt has seen Bradley have success first hand, as he helped guide the United States to a 3-0 victory over the Pharaohs in the 2009 FIFA Confederations Cup. The United States and Egypt had been slated to play against each other again this past February, but unrest in the country forced the cancellation of the friendly.
