Kind of surprised with the lineup we sending out, no striker and KDB on bench. Guess that means Pep may be thinking of playing both Jesus and Aguero against Liverpool. KDB probably needed a rest too
I don’t think it’s a pen. Ball to hand. He wasn’t trying to. He slipped and was getting up. Would’ve been harsh
Owned Smalling 6 years ago and did the same today. Dude is one of the worst set piece defenders I've ever seen.
What a first half! Get Fernandinho out and a rest after a few minutes in 2nd half. Also would be great to see Yaya get some minutes.
I hope Alexis is enjoying his top of the league wages watching this performance first hand on the United side
I mean, we still are going to beat these fools by 10+ points in the league, but man it would have been nice to wrap it up today
Announcers keep saying what a famous day this will be...but why? We are still going to finish well ahead of United. Are they really going to be talking about for years about how they only lost the league by 10+ pts and it was clinched with 5 or 6 games left instead of 7? This sucks and was really hoping to win today but I don't get why this is so historic? It's not like United are going to do anything this season worthwhile.
It’s the shit he always does. He has 16 goals but he should have 30-40 with the chances he gets and you act like he’s incredible and make excuses when he does this.
I don't think it was getting cute. Aguero is coming off an injury, KDB hasn't rested in a while...we are still going to win the league by 10+ points. He was trying to have a rested enough team to make a run at coming back against Liverpool knowing we would win the league eventually even if we lost today
He isn't garbage like you claim he is either. He gets all those chances from his speed and runs without the ball. He gets into good spots on the pitch to create those chances. However, when he isn't doing tap ins, his finishing is not good at all.
Sterling is often just a function of the players around him. He has been nowhere near what he was billed as
His transfer fee and an automatic starting role in England’s best side have nothing to do with the press
