I was like "good they didnt kill off any major characters" and then BOOM Simmons gets swallowed up by a rock
I imagine simmons is going to have some colson type shit(drawings on the walls) happen to her next season due to being swallowed by the kree rock.
Spoilers from interview with Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge): Spoiler Fear not, Henstridge is signed on to return for season 3, so Simmons has not met a grim fate. “Usually if it’s something really bad, you get a call,” the actress tells EW on the set of the ABC super series. But, really, what the heck just happened to Simmons? “Part of me was thinking, if this is some sort of Inhuman thing then maybe this is like the mist, and it’s some sort of gel, and maybe I’ll have superpowers, but I don’t think I will,” Henstridge says. “I think I’msomewhere. I think it transports me somewhere. We’ve had so many theories on set. ‘Maybe she can go back in time and kill Ward,’ or ‘Maybe she goes back in time and for whatever reason Fitz doesn’t know who she is and no one knows who she is,’ or ‘Maybe she goes invisible and no one can see her,’ or ‘What if she’s just trapped inside the rock?’ That would be terrible. There have been so many theories, but I think it’s a transportation device.”
Not really "spoilers" but her own theories of what possibly happened if anyone is worried about opening the spoiler.
I guess the only part that was a spoiler was that she isn't dead. The rest is just her speculation. Also, did we know that the Mockingbird & Hunter spinoff isn't happening anymore?
Just started season two. I like the dynamic between Fitz and the new guy now. Also this object and the symbols have to be related to the kree right?
Yes. But I'd suggest staying far away from this thread until you have finished Season 2. We talk openly about the events during the season at random and you will end up being heavily spoiled.
Yea I don't read unless I get quoted lol. I've got the first ten episodes down loaded, just slowly watching them.
This was kind of fucking dumb. So the Inhuman scientists couldn't figure out how to separate the metal from the crystal and they overlooked sodium and water as solvents. That's some basic chemistry.
Asa Butterfield In Early Talks To Star In Spider-Man Reboot; Others Still In Mix http://deadline.com/2015/05/asa-butterfield-in-early-talks-to-star-in-spider-man-reboot-1201427199/
Fuck. That thing is far too young to understand how to be snarky. Miles Teller would've been perfect but Fox fucked Marvel over on that one. He's gonna be awesome in Fantastic Four though.
Miles Teller is like 30 years old, if they were going to cast another late late 20s actor, why wouldn't they have just kept Garfield?
Butterfield makes perfect sense for what they want to do with the character. Anyone who doubts Marvel at this point is craycray

Just gonna post some season 2 thoughts as I go through it. Really like the new Fitz and how his relationships are changing. Really guys, you have Ward for like 10 fucking seconds and let him escape? Knowing he's a deadly ass hydra agent and you just have in a normal old van with 3 guards and some plain jane handcuffs? Fucking stupid. The bad guys always have the coolest freaking tech.
I love them. The retarded decisions that seem to benefit hydra constantly are bothering me but I really enjoy the show.
fwiw the actor that plays Hunter's real name sounds more like a marvel character than his character's name, Nick Blood lol.
Finally saw Amazing Spiderman 2 yesterday. What a shitty shitty movie. If it wasn't for my IRL gf Emma Stone, I would have shut it off half way through.
doubt you would be watching your IRL gf in a movie 12 months after it came out Spoiler unless she acts it out for you every night in bed
You really think so? I've really only seen him in the role of Ender, which is definitely a far departure from Peter Parker, but I never saw the range. You obviously have more of a pulse on the industry than I do, so, if you say he can pull it off, I'm going to maintain a little faith. Especially since Marvel has hit it out of the park with every single casting choice it has made up to this point.
I remember liking him in Hugo. Wasn't a fan of ender, but that character has no personality, and the movie was just bad in general, so it made sense
That was going to be my point, Ender as a character is emotionally damaged and stunted. A third child in a society where parents are limited to two, singled out and isolated from his peers by the Harrison Ford military dude before even arriving at the school, lied to the entire way through... Ender doesn't become compassionate until the last few moments with the bugger queen and in the sequels. Until that point, he is a flat, sharp instrument not of his own making. In that sense, Asa played the part right.
I think with Ender and Asa as a young actor everyone knows, he's a good choice. But it's because it's a young Peter Parker...some folks want to say Spider-Man, but it's about Peter. and Peter is a fucking dork, and not suave and cool like Andrew Garfield. Asa would play the role well and SONY is only going to benefit when Marvel is having a huge say on who it will be, and Marvel hasn't been wrong with casting yet...
@ChrisEvans: Don't underestimate the benefit of awe. Take time to be amazed by things. By anything. By everything. @FrankGrillo: @ChrisEvans I'm amazed at the ass whoopin you got coming. X @ChrisEvans: @FrankGrillo I'm amazed you can read. Be honest, your kids are helping you sound out the words.
