Spent a lot of time in Utah in my life and I'm shocked that it is China. I would've guessed Samoa, Tonga, any of the Central American countries, most of the South American countries, and a few others before I would've guessed China. Other than that, seems about right (Bhutan, who knew?)

Point I was trying to make with the Somali / Minnesota thing is that there are large pockets of eastern African immigrants scattered in random, white-bred Midwestern states, as is evident by the graph in question. You wouldn't be as out of place there as an Ethiopian as one might think

English would be the easiest on the spectrum of easiest languages for English speaking people to learn. Would be completely dependent on which language you already know to determine where English would fall
