"I got two tickets for the Beatles reunion. Well, not the real Beatles but Paul, George, Ringo, and with Eric Clapton filling in for John. You in?" "Ehhhhhhhhh. No. Not a Clapton fan."
Dominic Gates @dominicgates 15m CONFIRMED The aircraft part that washed up on Reunion is a flaperon off the wing of a @Boeing 777. No other 777 is missing besides #MH370
Boeing probably been dumping defective parts in the ocean off Charleston for years. Something finally washed up imo.
I TOLD YALL. YOU WOULDNT LISTEN IN THE OLD THREAD. THE MARKS ON THE PIECE OF MH370 INDICATE FRIENDLY FIRE. YOU SIMPLE FUCKS FOR DOUBTING ME
one of my favorite past times is to sit in my rocking chair on the deck with a drink and watch it rain
idk if this makes me old. it is tough to beat a thunderstorm, drink, good book, bluegrass music and rocking chair on a deck 19 yr old me would slap 24 yr old me for finding that to be a fun night
One of my only regrets with marrying my wife is that she gets freaked out by thunderstorms and won't let me sleep with the window open during them.
watching an episode of jeopardy is something i enjoy immensely the simple things in life are the way to go
An ideal day would involve some Jeopardy, a thunderstorm, maybe a game of Risk, some re-watching of Community/TheOffice/Parks/AD, some Dr. Pepper, and fixing something around the house while listening to some Lyle Lovett (or the new Brandon Flowers record, which I'm in love with)
i knew you were mormon and knew why you said dr pepper instead of alcohol gosh i was referring to a personal stew
I wish I had a nice porch (screened or open) to sit on and enjoy a drink during a storm. One of my absolute favorite ways to pass time.
They find a wing from the plane involved in one of the greatest aviation mysteries of all time thousands of miles from where they think it crashed and you motherfuckers are talking about enjoying mundane shit and chores. Spoiler love watching a thunderstorm roll in. Earliest memories involve watching storms roll in with my parents in the backyard when I was 4 or 5 years old. Got a nice porch now and it's hard to beat that moment when the first cool winds rush in as the storm approaches, cold beverage in hand of course. Also have found that I'm 10x more productive doing chores when listening to music. But can't listen to music while watching a line of summer storms roll through. Enjoy the sound of thunder and wind too much
seems to me that it's mostly a testament to how much of a shot in the dark the positioning calculations were
