Just watched the first season over the past couple weeks. Great show, enjoyed following the discussion itt.
Are the On Demand episodes different than the live episodes? I noticed quite a few f words when I watched the On Demand episodes and wasn't sure if they added those or not.
Most seem to think it was an Obama impersonator with regards to the voice and then this kind of technology for how they would have done facial stuff for any of the non-generic speech he made...
Season 2 is going to be 12 episodes instead of 10, they're airing the first 2 episodes back to back on premiere night (July 13th) and there will be a live after show like all shows seem to have now. http://tvline.com/2016/06/23/mr-robot-season-2-after-show-additional-episodes/
With every article and review I get more excited. Esmail is a genius and a little crazy to basically control the entire show.

So it turns out there are two back-to-back episodes on Wednesday. They released Part 1 tonight. Part 2 isn't until Wednesday on USA.
Normally I'd be all over this for just about any TV show, but I'm so hyped for Wednesday night that I am holding off so I won't spoil the night.
The sound syncing got fucked up with about 10 minutes left on the twitter stream last night. Went to restart it and of course "content unavailable".
What you were watching last night, was it the actual episode? This thing is like an inside the series interviews with the cast/crew type piece.
I finally watched this over the weekend when I found it on Amazon streaming, maybe I dozed off at times, but I only recall leading up to the hack and then the immediately going to the fallout.
That's pretty much how it went down. Tyrell approaches Elliot at the end of episode 9 and Elliot takes him to the arcade and shows him everything and the episode ends. Season finale starts with Elliot waking up in Tyrell's Escalade, no Tyrell and the hack happened. 2-3 days missing as well as Tyrell.
I'm through 3 episodes in Season 1 and I'm not sure I'm feeling it. Everything about it seems so over the top, like it's trying really hard to be intense. It's absolutely entertaining at some points, but I'm more interested in his attempts to hack and fuck up bad people's lives than I am in the grand conspiracy. It annoys the shit out of me how the Mr. Robot guy is intentionally dodgy and withholds information for seemingly no reason. Maybe I'm alone or my expectations were too high. Like I said, it's still entertaining.
