One question on this... Do you make this any amount of time in advance to allow for marinating? Or just make and serve?
Its better after sitting in the fridge a few hours. I always make alot so i eat it immedietly and the following day. Both are good
So I am doing chicken/sausage/beef/veggie kabobs this weekend for my daughter's 1st Bday Party. Do you guys have any suggestions on store bought marinades? I prefer to marinade the meat when doing kabobs so at least the meat will have some extra flavor for when/if the meat gets overcooked.
For ordering or cooking? Cause I don't know shit about cooking it, but order the short ribs. They are amazing.
It's pricy, but there are many more expensive places around here. We usually try to go to one nice dinner a week when we have the time
Bert is a top-tier senior claims specialist; he's used to being wined and dined by some of the finest law firms this side of the Ozarks who want him to keep sending work their way. Pretty genius on his part, really. Lawyer: Hey Bert, what do you say we take you out to a nice dinner tonight? Bert: Sure, what about some place I don't get to go often? (Laughs to self) How about Ruth's Chris? Lawyer: Sure, sounds good. Bert: Hey, can I bring my cousin-wife? Lawyer: Of course, I'm bringing mine. ;)
If I'm going to a steakhouse my preference tends to be for the old school types, particularly the Italian ones with the pasta course, olive tray, etc. Extremely dim ligthing. Tableside ceasar is a plus. But I won't hate on Ruth's Chris or any other chains, they can make a steak.
It is near our office. It is my preferred venue when a sales person comes to town for a meeting (and they're paying).
was too busy looking at the tits on the top row to even see the ass down there. good lord. and is that gigantor asparagus in the back row? that would make for some frothy pungent urine
to Hail Southern's point, there is a massive lobster on the top row, but my god at that lobster tail on the bottom.
so much beauty I didn't even see the whole lobster up top on the 2nd inspection. need to walk it off at the office
always had a lot of other places higher on the list when in Charleston now that there's one in Greenville too it'll be much more likely
Dear God no. You'd be in no time not to mention the food coma when you get back to the office. I've only eaten lunch there once and it was just a steak sandwich.
You should see the bacon appetizer. Your eyes aren't deceiving you. It really is about an inch thick. The meat is like gelatin when you bite through it. But, don't order that unless you have 8 or more people and everybody just wants a quarter or less.
that's a sexy looking plate. had the best bite of meat of my life on Tuesday night. birthday dinner at probably the best japanese restaurant in town on tuesday. for birthdays they bring you the daily special. $10 sliver of Gyutoro Nigiri: wagyu beef belly that was braised for 3 days and yada yada yada (was about 3 carafes of sake deep by this point so i don't remember the rest but i think ponzu and wasabi are involved). Was described as "Meat butter". Very accurate. Didn't even chew it just kinda disintegrated flavor into my belly. found a pic on the website daily specials. pic makes the bites look big. they're about an inch long place is the tits. little pricey but if you make it out this way and want to cunt it's the spot http://uchikoaustin.com/
Google say the Oscars of food. That made me laugh for some reason. Probably a weird item to compliment but their brussell sprout game is god mode
brussels sprouts I had at Launderette in Austin were one of the single best dishes I had the entire time I was there
Best brussels I have had are from Ocean Prime in Tampa. It's like a more contemporary take on the traditional steakhouse. Heavily roasted with balsamic and shallots.
this is how they're listed on the menu, pretty sure it hasn't changed since we were there STICKY BRUSSELS SPROUTS apple-bacon marmalade, pecorino, almond, pickled apple $9
http://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/crispy-brussels-sprouts-with-chile-caramel Probably try to replicate next nice dinner at home. 6 cloves of my main squeeze that's how I'm sure it's true love
