This is from an article posted to the Sentinel a couple hours ago. "He is expected to arrive later this week, leaving little time to assess if and where he will play in Sunday’s 2 p.m. season opener against Real Salt Lake at the Citrus Bowl."
According to self exiled user NittanyKnight Larin looked proper shit during last match. Hopefully just preseason rust.
The girl wanted to leave at 75th, convinced her to stay until 85th. Thought it was safe. Totally my luck.
Stayed and saw the ending, was awesome. Went to wall st then left which was a huge mistake because it took 3 hours to get back to Tampa due to construction.
Put money on Hines or Redding getting sent off tonight. No chance they can handle Accam and Kennedy pace for a full 90. Also Noccerino makes the 11 ahead of Pedro with Winter replacing Luke and Higgy replacing the suspended Ceran as the other changes. Brek back to LB.
So good in the middle 3rd but jesus we are clueless in the attacking 3rd. Fucking hopeless as Larin continues to angers me on Adebayor like level with his laziness and incompetence at making runs.
2 shots on target from inside the box after the red card. 3 in total. Not good enough against one of the worst clubs in the league and even worst when you are up a man for 50+ mins at home. All this talk about these guys learning from last season and nothing has changed so far. Ramos and Higgy are red cards waiting to happen. There is zero attacking intent without Kaka on the pitch. Larin continues to find him out of the play more often than he is. Even when he finds himself central; he does nothing to make his defender work because he just stands there with a goofy look on his face.
So during today's @OrlandoCitySC training Adrian Heath is participating and has already scored a header.
No doubt he was probably left unmarked like this. Or he was being marked by Ramos and in that case; it does not count.
It is time for everyone's favorite time of the week. It is Viernes de Futbol only on Unimas. That can mean only one thing; It is time for #MLSSAP or two morons attempt to commentate after downing a 12 pack of Lime-A-Ritas (the official beer of of Viernes de Futbol). Starting 11: Bendik; Shea, Hines, Redding, Ramos; Ceren, Higuita; Nocerino, Molino, Winter; Larin Larin tires to get the hat trick of hat tricks in the New York/New Jersey area.
So so so bad on the road last season. . OptaJack @OptaJack 53 - Orlando City finished @MLS 2015 with 53 road shots on target, which was third fewest in the league (DC-48, Colorado-49). Deficient
And the winner for the softest club in the league goes to...... Alicia Rose DelGallo @OSAliciaD 5m5 minutes agoBronx, NY 52 degrees here. NYCFC out in long sleeves, no winter accessories. Orlando City has ski hats and gloves on.
Larin scored on the only real chance of the half. Up 1-0 at the half. Very frantic pace to play but expected.
Tommy Redding's stat line tonight. 3/3 tackles, 2/3 successful clearances, 4 interceptions, and 0 fouls committed. Had Villa in his pocket the whole match. Is Villa small enough to be consider carry-on for the flight back home?
If they find someone to take that contract; I got some ocean front property in Arizona that I would be willing to sell them.
Single game Pride tickets went on sale at 10 this morning. Looks like the opening match is going to be a sell out based on what is left.
I'm fine with the JB signing. Hopefully add maturity and leadership to our sometimes knuckleheaded team.
It is an uninspiring signing. Nothing like signing a 34 year old who has played less than a half of football in the last year after coming off a major knee surgery to play on artificial turf that has already claimed a few knees. Smells likes someone is doing a favor. Speaking of uninspiring signings; Rochez can not even get into the starting 11 for B team after being loaned there for the full season. Fantastic use of a DP spot.
This side is pretty okay with Kaka in it. Outscoring defending MLS Cup champions so far 6-0 in 3 halves of play. LA doesn't really count for much but this is pretty full strength Portland side that is getting bullied by an undersized squad. Higgy, Ceran, and now Sev are locking down the middle 3rd. By far Molino's best half in MLS.
