Supposedly City are in talks with Valencia for Mangala to be a replacement for Mustafi. City want to sell but Valencia prefer an initial loan. So to recap, City is going to buy Stones for £50 mil then are going to loan or sell (at a reduced price) Mangala to Valencia so they can sell Mustafi to Arsenal for half of what we pay for Stones.
Both coming to them by way of Merseyside. With Stones being an English CB playing for Guardiola, every one of his touches will be analyzed like the Zapruder Film by the English Press. Their sensasationalist reactions (good and bad) will be entertaining.
It upsets me that Pardew knows he is ripping us off. They ought to throw in Cabaye for just out of pity.
I don't think there will any more Ronaldo-Bale-Suarez mega transfers to other leagues because the money they're able to offer Premier League doesn't come close to making it worth their while anymore. If Tottenham were trying to spend their Bale money today, they might have run out before getting around to buying Eriksen.
Things are going well, thanks for asking... Bizarrely, Wenger says "very little movement in transfer market" from PL clubs. City, United & Chelsea spent approx £350m combined. #afc
What's scarier than one Fellaini? TWO identical Fellainis! I wonder if the twin also bleached his hair.
Even a Borja taking his medical in Swansea video doesn't take away the vomit in mouth feeling of seeing Ashley Williams in an Everton shirt.
Supposed to be the next big thing from South America. Young Uruguayan midfielder more of central to defensive guy but can come forward with no problem. Think Gago but more skilled, that's the comparison they are using in Argentina. Some people have compared him to Riquelme but i dont think he wants to play that high up. He also won breakthrough player of the year at Boca last year and has been a starter for a while even though he is only 19. As a side note I bought him in FIFA and was disappointed
Are you a Milan fan? I'm a West Ham fan. You think Bacca is going to sign for us? Heard the clubs have agreed terms.
I heard about him before Gabriel Jesus, Gabigol, Moreno and other recent South American young players. His body needs some developing before he can play in a European midfield but a lot of buzz around him.
Yeah. We have been told the deal between the clubs is done. Apparently Bacca is being a bitch and wants a move to Spain. But no team in spain is willing to meet the price tag of 30-35m you guys have offered. I think he has till the end of the week to make a choice. I guess you guys bumped his salary to 5m a year.
I know this will come off as homerish but just as far as next season, I'm quite content with swapping out Stones for Williams. It's going to take more time for Stones to become the player some people think he can be. And outside of Jagielka, we didn't have any natural leaders and Williams definitely is one.

Yeah but I just meant as far as funds that those 2 would be about the equivalent of what they'll get for Stones (part of the fee goes to Barnsley)
As if the Valencia fans haven't been through enough lately. The only way Paco will get to play for Barca is if Suarez bites someone again.
Valencia's academy is the only thing keeping that team afloat. The new ownership has blown just as much dick as the old ownership.
Not sure where else to post this but Messi's retirement from international play lasted a whole 47 days.
It's like Messi and Ronaldo swapped bodies this summer. I don't know what to expect from them anymore.
