Also. The refusal of West-Brom to do anything remotely positive even down 2-0 is seemingly putting all of Goodison to sleep
Ugly win, but a win. Should have been more. Glad to make up points on Spurs and clear some room from Pool and Arsenal.
Welp. Ok then. Clearly not what we needed going into this next road trip, but at least we got a point. Still undefeated when Anichebe scores.
Distin felt sick in warm ups, replaced by everyone's favorite Dutchman. No way that turns out poorly.
Sorry Skeeter. Watching it on DirecTV, dont know of anywhere besides firstrow. We're giving the ball away far too easily. There it is. Playing like shit.
FA cup match against oldham on fox soccer right now. Have up an early goal but Anichebe just leveled it
Such a joke of a referee, he did absolutely nothing to protect players in that match, they should have racked up at least 6 yellows from my view of things. They came studs up numerous times and nothing was called, and then you choke on your whistle when the ball clearly hit the keepers arm before it hits the guys head. And he was standing right where he could see the whole thing unfold, what a travesty.
So I guess it's inconclusive whether it came off his arm first or not but watch again as Howard gets shoved to the ground and basically boxed into his own goal. I saw him ripping on the official after the match, good for him. I hate to through gasoline on this, but in the fa cup, it seems that the fa really wants a lot of underdog teams to win. I have no dog in this fight so consider me a neutral observer of the English leagues.
You got a nice draw if you could win at Goodison, it would be another home game against Wigan I think.
I guess its a good thing I couldnt watch yesterdays game. hoping they can sort through the issues, but not looking good for the home stretch right now.
