I was thinking about starting the new one but didn't out of respect to you. You're our equivalent to Jags and I'm just a young Barkley/Stones and didnt want to take the armband from you.

Spurs might not want to sell Lennon to us because how much better we've played when he's on the field. (He doesn't even have Kiev blood on his hands)

 

Pritchard is our British future on the flank, you can have Azza for the right price.

 

It would probably be smart business for Spurs to take a little less money from a Stoke or a Sunderland who don't have a prayer of finishing above Tottenham.

I've seen 6 million quoted as the number, in pounds.

 

I love Azza but don't believe he will be the difference in you guys finishing above us any time soon. I'd like to see him land well, don't want him to live in the barren wasteland that is Stoke.

 

It's not unforeseeable. The big differences in our team from this year to last is the Europa League and the quality of play on the wings (No Gerry Delofeu and Mirallas has pretty much checked out). You guys will probably finish with roughly the same amount of points this year as last and we managed to finish above you last year.

 

I didn't say you couldn't finish above us, just that I doubt Lennon would be the main reason. That said, I still don't see you finishing above us next season. I just have a lot of faith in the way our squad is evolving under the current management and the fact our roster is so young and steadily getting better. That is more of a reflection of how positive I feel about the direction we are heading than disparaging towards Everton.

 

I wish PSG would get interested in Kev so we could afford to fix our woes at CB and CDM.

I think he was sure he was fouled so he pulled the ball under himself as happens. But that was comically bad.

 

Even if you're 100% sure you've won a foul in their box, just don't pick it up. After he finishes going to crossing school, he needs to take a risk management course.

 

He's a poacher, not a crosser. All goal scorers struggle in their own box.

 

And I think Kone is close to Jozy bad. He has to be close to the bottom of minutes played/goals scored for strikers in the Prem. Just getting rid of his wages would help us afford to get a Charlie Austin/Danny Ings type replacement.

He's all sorts of a dick muncher. He's the stereotypical football agent where it's more about him than the client.

 

I can understand the whole bashing Everton thing, but the whole comparing him to Costa is a huge disservice to Lukaku. That is a laughable statement at this point in time.

I'm guessing he learned from Eto'o that if you act like a dickhead for long enough, people won't want you around anymore so that's how you get your way.

That would be lovely. How much do you think Austin would cost? My guess would be roughly £12.5 million. We could probably afford that and maybe Lennon after selling Mirallas. It would also be great if we could unload McGeady to Celtic just to get rid of his wages.
